What a shocking company asif installed my blind and damaged it I’ve tried all day to contact him and he is ignoring me I would not trust this man in your house he is a cow boy

Had man come to measure and quote. Quoted £3k for 3 bay windows without measuring. Felt very stressed as had just had bereavement. Came down to £2850. Agreed quote as felt under pressure then later emailed saying it was way above online quotes (well over £1000 more!) and could they check the quote. Emailed again. No one got back to me.
When fitter arrived I explained my concerns - he said to ring office where sales person said it was nothing to do with her, she’d ask man that quoted to phone back. No call back. I had to pay to have them fit … but came down another £100.
One window looks lovely with Perfect fit blinds. Others are Roman blinds in bedrooms with bay windows. They hang some way away from window and when down are wonky and let a lot of light in so not fit for purpose.
Will not recommend and not use again. Lesson learnt.

Had my blinds measured, mentioned my budget and time frame the measuring man he was incredibly helpful, i had lots of questions and he answered every one. The blinds were fit 4 days after being measured, thrilled with the results they look great. Would highly recommend

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely ridiculous no talking to them at all. Pure abusive and aggressive over the phone. Wrong colour. Blind missing. No communication at all absolutely livid.

SCAM. verbal abuse. Sent wrong colour would not rectify lost 1,260 pounds. And was verbally abused for stating so.

I strongly advise anyone considering Alam’s Blinds to think twice before using this company.

Even though their prices might seem attractive at first, the service quality is far from what any homeowner would expect when trying to improve their living space.

After nearly 15 months, and despite two reminders, I am still waiting for a damaged pelmet to be replaced. This level of aftercare is simply unacceptable.

Once they’ve taken your payment, it appears that customer service and responsibility for the job are no longer a priority.

A good deal means nothing if the fitting is poor and you’re left chasing the company for months just to get what you’ve already paid for.

My experience has shown that Alam’s Blinds does not deliver a consistent or reliable service.

Strong warning: Unless you’re willing to risk bad fitting, long delays, and a lousy after-sales service, avoid Alam’s Blinds and look for a more professional alternative. Cheap prices come at a cost — and in this case, it’s your time, frustration, and peace of mind.

Received a leaflet for this company through post it says on the leaflet 2 vertical blinds for 89 pound or 5 for 150 up to 6ft wide drop says so rung them to come out measure up we was going get 3 for 89 pound says free consultation free measuring he come today measured and tried asking for deposit and says they big windows will cost more they not bigger than 6ft tried saying be 450 pound as if my mate used to work at a blinds place called astra blinds in Castleford so told mi mum to cancel it never seen

Really seamless service. Called them up and they arranged to come and measure up and for me to choose from the swatches and designs on the Friday and they came out on the Tuesday to fit. Calling me on both occasions when they were 30 mins away. Tee fitted them in no time at all. Great service and special mention to Tee for the fitting. Really pleased with the blinds and great communication throughout. Would highly recommend. Rick Garforth Leeds

Thousands of pounds of damage done to my house whilst fitting the blinds which they have refused to address despite me contacting them numerous times. Case now with trading standards and lawyers

Adam came to quote and after dropping his price from £590 for 3 Blackout roller blind’s and 1 vertical blind and 3 set’s of new slat’s baring in mind my widow’s for 6 of these are 2 meter’s wide, we agreed on £400.
After thinking about the agreed price I rang Adam back up and said I wasn’t happy, he agreed to talk with his manager and they then gave me an extra 10% off so £360 for all that left me happy.
Haroon called me to let me know he was on his way to fit my blind’s which was a nice touch, he was very polite and courteous, a lovely young man and took no time in installing my new blind’s. This is this the 4th time I’ve used Alam’s Beautiful Blind’s and I’ll definitely carry on using them. I’m very happy in the time it took from the phone call to installation!! Five star’s from me. Thank you Alam’s Beautiful Blind’s.

Booked an appointment guy came tonyhe house looked at all the windows which needed blinds vertical 1s and gave me a quote now I was expecting him to measure the windows and give a quote but no then qoute was weird he said if was cheap the it the Chinese blinds which curl up lol and if want uk then they are more expensive and he was here for 10 mins and left so I will leave up you guys to make your own mind up are these guys for real or cowboys.

Amazing service, phone call ahead of fitting, Haroon was extremely polite & friendly & worked methodically. 10 out of 10.I am thrilled with my new blinds and absolutely no mess left.

From entering our home Haroon was very friendly and polite he explained the process of the installation, he was very methodical and tidy in his work told us to ask as many questions as we liked which we did and we were given in depth answers and advice. The work was finished to a high standard would definitely recommend

Absolutely amazing service start to finish! Could not recommend these guys enough! Extremely professional and knowledgeable - really helped in the decision making process and so glad that we trusted Mudassars expertise because the blinds are absolutely fantastic! I booked for a free quote i hadnt heard back confirmation till someone had turned up at my door they explained that they could not confirm as had the wrong phone number which i find hard to believe as ive had the same number 16 years,anyway i explained i was not well so was rebooked for 2 days time but was an wait in all day appt.I got a call to say someone would be with me within 20 mins which they were.What i did not expect was an taxi driver obvs this must be his other employement which i do not have an issue with but his customer service was very poor he measured lounge the kitchen and didnt even bother with the bedroom then gave me a choice of blinds with a random cost of 200 pounds nothing at all about the 3 blinds from 89.00 offer i expected it to be a bit more than the 89.00 which is on the leaflet advertised but the kitchen and bedroom are small windows so not sure where he got this figure from.I said would speak to my husband when he got in from work and could he leave me a contact number which he didnt just said would call me back later and went and still no call back.Safe to say they will not be getting my custom.I found his manner and attitude really poor.Just hope all their other reps who go out to measure and quote are a bit more customer focused how can anyone give a random quote with no measurements is beyond me I would def not recommend due to this.

Great experience from start to finish, i was booked in for the next day and was given a discount as i work for the nhs which was a nice surprise. My blinds were fit 2 days later, amazing turn around time, would definitely recommend the service was fantastic throughout.
