I have been ordering from Alandia since it opened many years ago. It is great. They have a very knowledgeable, friendly and honest staff. It has an excellent and varied selection of absinthe and the best accessories. The shipping is always fast and reliable. I have never had any problems with an order from them. If you are looking to dance with the Green Fairy this is the place to do it.

Alandia is around for many years and they have developed a wide variety of great products, especially the Alandia Verte. In addition to some really fine Absinthe I ordered from there over the years I like the accessories like glasses, spoons and general barware. All my orders were shipped pretty fast and arrived safeley - everything was packed with good padding in strong carton boxes. I totally recommend this shop.

Had been doing a lot of business with alandia, purchasing most all of the jade products. That was until July, ordered a bottle of jade verte suisse v.s. 1898. I received Nouvelle Orleans instead trying many times to contact alandia and ask for advice on how to rectify the problem, nothing alandia went ghost, continued trying but nothing. Then to my surprise there is a alandia product heading my way. And I thought how nice. But when it showed up here, again wrong product this time a much cheaper product alandia suisse verte which doesn't come close to jade verte suisse v.s.1898, a note telling me to check my spam folder like I wouldn't think to do that when I heard nothing from them after repeated attempts. From here on I intend to go through absinthe.com. It's to bad I spent a lot of money with them. But ordered the jade verte suisse v.s.1898 through absinthe.com and enjoying it as I'm writing this little rant.
FAST FORWARD 8/31/21
I have got to do a 180, Alandia doesn't give up. I haven't received a email from them but they did send two different products and insisted I keep them to offset the trouble. This note came today with a bottle of the absinthe I was looking for, Jade verte suisse v.s. 1898. I do appreciate all Alandia has done and I have a couple of products to sample. Looks like I will be doing business with alandia in the future.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I unfortunately messed up my order somehow and staff from Alandia handled it well! I can highly recommend and totally continue to order from there in future.

I ordered the Marilyn Manson absinthe set with the gothica absinthe... awesome shipping...got here way fast and packaging was great!!

Outstanding service. Everything done perfectly. It only took three day’s to the US via DHL!! I ordered a set with two glasses, carafe, spoons and sugar. Also a bottle of Jade 1898 and 1901. I just opened the 1898 and I can assure you that I and the green fairy are quite happy!

I ordered some absinthe for a friend for the second time this year and while the first shipment had no problems, this one had an incorrect absinthe. The customer support I received via Facebook was amazing though! Mike was prompt and helpful and did what he could to set things right. My friend enjoyed the absinthe and I was very happy with the way things were handled.
I will definitely be ordering again!

We'd tasted some gin while on holiday in Germany but, in these hand-luggage-only days, weren't able to bring any home. Found it available on alandia.com - they seem to specialise in Absinthe, but stock other spirits too. As ever, was a little concerned about ordering from an unknown site, but it seemed legit, and so I went ahead.

Order process was good. Plenty of email updates. Ordered on 19 Nov 2015 (Thursday); despatched on 20 Nov 2015 (Friday); arrived at my desk on 24 Nov 2015 (Tuesday). Good tracking with dhl.

Order was really well packaged, and arrived without damage. All in all, a really good experience - recommended.
