Albawings has delivered one of the worst customer experiences I've ever encountered. Not only did they cancel my flights without prior notice, but their promises of issuing a refund have proven to be empty words. It's been over three months of relentless attempts to contact them, only to be met with excuses and delays.
And now they don’t even answer on the only way of contact they have in WhatsApp. Because they don’t bother to answer emails Ever!!
This level of incompetence and disregard for their customers' time and money is absolutely appalling. Save yourself the headache and avoid Albawings at all costs.

Avoid at any cost! They cancelled my flight, said that they will refund me, and after 3 months no refund. Complete lack of honesty and reliability!

Avoid at any cost! The aircraft’s are like old buses from the 90s . The seats are so tight and broken . While flying you can hear noises coming from the aircraft that makes you start praying to arrive alive at your destination. Honestly if you want an experience that comes from an old movie then go for it . But I wouldn’t risk it again . At the end of the day our life is not a movie . Oh and if you are pregnant or chubby forget it .. no seat for you or seatbelt!!!!

Also return, got cancelled 3 week before departure and now it’s been 2 month and never got refund also happened same thing to my brother and his family same time, so 5 tickets London Tiranë and Tiranë London not been refunded nearly £2000 waisted. Please avoid this company it’s the worst which you ever can find also the staff lied in beginning to me they will refund and now they don’t even reply to me anymore just ignore all me email and texts.
I never ever want to deal with them again but I will sue them as much as I can and whenever I can until it’s close this company.

Booked our flight with Albawings more than two months ago and three weeks before departure they cancelled without any explanation. This is very disappointing and unprofessional as at this time of the year is really hard to find another flight.
Please avoid this scam company.

Absolute rubbish airline, we book our flight months in advance and now just at peak time they have cancelled our flight.

Just avoid! Zero responsibility on cancellations. They cancelled 2 weeks before Christmas, when it's impossible to get normal tarif flights. It's not the first time this happened to me.

I had some difficulty with the Albawings website, my payment wouldn't go through and I kept getting an error message. As there doesn't seem to be an English customer service option, I called the Italian CS number that I found on the website. I was a bit concerned about trying to communicate but Clea answered my call quickly and was happy to assist me in English. She was very helpful and patient, and resolved the issue within a few minutes. This would encourage me to book with Albawings again in future.

Booked a flight for 3 pax from Verona to Tirana on the 3rd June. Carrier cancelled the flight and i asked for the refund. Already phoned twice and last call they said refund would take 30 days...it is very abusive keeping your money while we had already to spend money with another flight to replace. It was our first time with this company , but dont consider to fly anytime.

I traveled with Albawings this summer and i had a nice flight i was surprised and very satisfied but its to good to be true with the Albanian airlines . Arrived in Tirana airport my luggage was lost i reported there, and after i contacted the Albawings by email , WhatsApp and i even called them but no response. I will not recommend this company 👎
