We have used this family business for many many years. It is the most respectful kind and very heartwarming place that anyone could trust loved ones who have passed. Thank you Albins for giving my beautiful sister the send off she so deserved. You did everything her girls had asked and you always have shown so much respect 🙏

We used this company when the father Barry was alive he did my dads funeral and he treated my mum with so much care and love for her and the family this was over 20years ago but since Barry passed away may he rest in peace this company is a joke . I called there motingham branch south London to ask for a funeral to be put in place for myself as I don’t have long this was in 2024 late 2024 the lady had no interest in my call I needed a home visit to be done she said I will pass your name and number on to our main office no one at all called me back so clearly not interested in taking care of people who wish to arrange there own funeral find this company has gone down hill and I had to go elsewhere to get my funeral arranged . I can honestly say this was the most outrages way to treat someone like they did would never put any off my friends or love one to this company there is no empathy at all so it’s clear there not interested

Albins were incredibly kind, caring, respectful, and professional. They made the planning of my mum's funeral a smooth process. Nothing was too much trouble; we felt like we were their top priority. They treated our Mum and us, like family, and we felt confident that Mum would be cared for as someone we cherished.

The funeral itself was classy and respectful. They communicated everything that was happening throughout the process. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone going through such a difficult time.

Yesterday we chose FA Albins in Crayford for their service for my Beloved fathers funeral as my wife used them a few years ago for her Uncle and was very impressed with the company. To say their service was amazing is an understatement. They were outstanding. They made the whole event so relaxing and stress free for my family. An absolutely top notch service from the gentleman involved. A special thanks to the head man Jamie. Such a brilliant fella and also to Joanne for organising my Dad's funeral and for being, sympathetic, patient and very understanding. A big thank you Jo. I honestly recommend FA Albins to anyone considering using a Funeral director. You will not get a more professional and genuine treatment from anyone else. Take my word for it.

Albins recently organised my sister's funeral. It was such a shock when my sister died and my mother and myself were not in the best place. Elaine and Lyn could not have been more professional. Nothing was too much trouble. I do not think we could have got through this tragic experience without the support and attention that we received. On the day George took over with his colleagues and pulled us through the day. I would recommend this company to anybody and I am definitely not easily pleased. I would happily talk to anybody about the incredible service and the support we received throughout this whole time.
