From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The quote process was seamless—friendly, non-pushy, and fully respectful of my budget. I really appreciated the honest advice, which helped me think through the best options for my home.

The installation team were superb: swift, reliable, and highly efficient, all while maintaining excellent standards. They consistently cleaned up after themselves, kept us informed throughout, and took the time to explain progress and offer useful tips on getting the most out of the windows.

Support from the office was also outstanding, providing clear communication and reassurance at every stage. Having worked with several window fitters over the years, I can confidently say Albion are by far the best—no need to look elsewhere.

Whole process from enquiry, through survey to fitting was very simple. Installation was delayed at my request and reinstated when I wanted it. Window covers a whole lounge wall, really first class

An excellent service from start to finish. Our call was promptly followed up and we appreciated John’s guidance in selecting a new door. The surveyor was pleasant and courteous as were the installation team. We couldn’t fault the service or the product. We are extremely pleased with our new door.

Price of the unit was OK, The date was later than I hoped, Unfortunately the installation was rushed the water proofing of the external plastic to plastic wasn't done properly, I had to call them back. Fortunately Albion sent a team to rectify, old boy, much more professional the undone work was rectified; the spray foam that had messed up my bath had to be cleaned as best they could with a special cleaner. I just wish that the original fitters were as professional So it seems to be OK now only time will tell, hopefully no leaks.

Albion replaced our old kitchen bifold doors. Their quote was very competitive and covered all aspects - removal of the old doors, installation of the new, and disposal of the material - whereas other quotes expected that the old doors would already have been removed. At all stages, their service was excellent - both in the advice they gave on options and in the quality of the installation itself. The final result is fantastic. The installation team were incredibly efficient and competent, with the whole process of removal and installation completed in one day. Moreover, they did a thorough inspection of their own work and spotted snagging items that we didn't see, and arranged to have those items addressed very shortly afterwards. In all, we can recommend Albion for their friendliness and professionalism.
