Poor Stitch Quality

Order arrived 2 weeks late. Dress received requires small steps. My friend does not make huge steps with huge force, and the dress ripped along the cut with no effort. Really poor stitch quality

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a dress in May, which was advertised with a dispatch date of 7 June. After that date passed without any update, I had to chase them repeatedly across multiple channels just to get any response at all.

Every time I reached out myself, I received nothing but generic, copy-paste replies that completely failed to address my actual concern. First I was told it would be dispatched "this week" - only after chasing them again did they inform me it won't be sent until end of June. No proactive communication, no explanation, no apology, no accountability.

I ordered this dress specifically because of the advertised dispatch date, as I need it for a special occasion at the end of June. The dress is now completely useless to me if it arrives late. I have been misled from the start and strung along with false promises.

At this point, I seriously doubt that the dress will even be dispatched by end of June. Every deadline given to me has been missed without explanation, and I have every reason to believe I am simply being strung along with no intention of the order ever being fulfilled.

I would not recommend ordering from this company to anyone - regardless of whether your order is time-sensitive or not. A shop that misleads customers about dispatch dates, fails to communicate proactively, and responds only with empty reassurances when chased is simply not trustworthy. Based on the comments I have also seen from other customers on their Instagram page, this appears to be a recurring issue and not an isolated case.

I will now be formally requesting the cancellation of my order and the termination of the purchase contract, and will be seeking a full refund of the amount paid.

If I could leave 0 stars I would

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a dress from them which I never received. When I reached out to the customer service two months ago all they could say is that they would transfer me to another team for a refund and that they would update me. Every time I email them there’s no update and no answer. They took my money, I have no dress, shit customer service so id say this is an absolute scam. Watch out!

bad customer service no-one answers messages and delivery over a month

I ordered a dress on 6 May for a holiday and it didn't arrive despite repeated unanswered emails and messages. I finally got hold of someone about 9 days ago and asked them to cancel my order which they said they would but 5 days later they dispatched it and its arrived today . I had to pay 78 euro custom charges even though I have to return it as it is too late. Now I am again trying to contact them to arrange a return but no-one is replying. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a dress from Alblondon at the…

I ordered a dress from Alblondon at the end of February and never received it. Every two weeks when I contacted them asking for an update, they kept telling me that the order had been shipped, which was not true.
In April, after waiting for months, I requested a refund. Since then, they have repeatedly told me that the refund request is “being processed by the finance team,” but nothing has happened. Even after my lawyer contacted them by email, they continue sending the same response without actually resolving the issue.
Very disappointing experience and terrible customer service. I do not recommend buying from this site.

payment taken and no delivery

Taken payment off my card.
No order number.
No confirmation email.
No expected delivery date - I don’t believe they even have an intended delivery plan.
Chat bot doesn’t work on their website.
Emailed them: no follow up.
Tried whatsapping the number on their website site: no response.
Scam.
Do not use this company!!!!
