Perfect service. My experience was nothing but positive. Everyone i engaged with was exceedingly helpful and attentive.Emilia handled my case and kept me informed constantly and provided great advice.

I used Jordan Borrie at Aletta Shaw for some rather difficult and complicated conveyancing work that I was undertaking as an Executor to an estate. Jordan gave me an initial quote and was helpful and explained everything to me as we sorted out all the complications. He was very helpful and considerate of my situation and personal feelings at what has been a very difficult time. He was prompt in his responses to the other side and gave excellent advice, and the invoice at the end was very fair. I would not hesistate to recommend him and will definately use him again in the future.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Emails and calls were answered quickly and I also received some good advice along the way. Would recommend Aletta Shaw for property transactions.

Based on my positive experience with Aletta Shaw back in 2018, I decided to use their services again, to settle my settlement agreement with my employer. We made an appointment, we checked every line of the agreement, every confusing point was elaborated, the solicitor identified a few points to push back. Then, for over a week, diligently, the solicitor chased my employer to rectify those points. The final result was achieved and I am very happy with it. Very pleasant (again) with the quality of the service and I will happily recommend Aletta Shaw again and again.

Part time service that can not cope will charge to read an email and not take note of detail . Can not do what they promise then if you dare complain they send you a larger bill and dump you . Management is very Arrogant . I get the feeling they are going bust which would be good for the public

After numerous errors that have extended completion of our LPAs well beyond any period we could have achieved ourselves we asked this firm to make simple changes to the Wills they prepared for us. We have previously been advised this would cost £40 per change (we are changing the value of some legacies). Apparently this will now require the completion of brand new wills and full charges as per a brand new will. We have asked for editable documents and been refused. Requests for their legal right to withhold have been ignored. Shameful and arrogant behaviour.

Great Experience
My experience using Aletta Shaw is, honestly, great.
I turned to them when I had difficulty evicting my tenant for rent arrears. But thanks to the competent advice and professionalism of Aletta Shaw's Litigation team, in particular, Karina Laird, I am happy to say that within a short period of time and with minimal cost, I got my property back and the issue is now history. I was particularly impressed by her excellent customer care, high level of communication and quick updates during a very stressful time.
