Appalling service and gives the industry a bad name

Really regret listing our home with James from Alexander James & Co Estate Agents. Initially things went well, but after losing a buyer, the service in re-marketing our home was disastrous and resulted in James making up an offer to try and keep us on his books whilst he tried to link in with another sale he was handling at the time. Was difficult to get hold of, nothing really ever confirmed in writing and that's just what we experienced.....god knows what experience potential buyers experienced if they ever got through to him. I would suggest looking at a bigger more established agent with a supporting internal team.
