Wow, incredible service and Product!

I was originally looking at TCX Fuel boots then my college buddy sent me a photo of the Forma Short Adventure boots he had and he really liked them. So, I changed my mind to that style... and glad I did.

I then reviewed the Forma's and saw that someone had purchased the Forma Terra EVO's as well as another boot but I really liked their design and patterns in the leather along with the width. I happened to have tried on 9's at the local shop and decided that was the size... same as hiking boots, etc.

Before I ordered I also checked with Jen F from New Brunswick to see how she liked her boots and I had questions about duty. She could not say enough about AlexFactory.it and Alessio!

I ordered right then and there, a week ago, and the famous "Alessio" emailed back the next day to question my size option. Turns out all their size charts show one version (42EU & 9US) but the boots maybe different... (ie. Expect the email question back from Alessio to confirm about sizing. So, yes went with the 9US or a 43EU size).

They were shipped two days later on Wed and FedEx had them at my door today in Ontario, Canada after lunch!! Out of the box, I put them on right away and they fit like a glove with enough room to put on a thicker sock if I choose to. Love the choice of boot!
Someone commented that they had lost a screw or two on the buckle during use and there should have been lock-tight on them. (Well, someone there listened because I undid the first couple of screws to find they had blue lock-tight on them. I freshened up the lock-tight and reseated the screws. Way to go listening to comments AlexFactory.it!)

So, the be-all-end-all was the Great Price with quick FedEx shipping which was way better than I could buy local or from other Canada/US online options. So, yes I'll be recommending AlexFactory.it to anyone who'll listen and buy again when I need a new pair!!

I ordered a pair of Sidi Mid Adventure 2 boots on 9/29. Alexfactory.it had the best prices with the Euro conversion. Customer service emailed me to confirm sizing/availability and were great to deal with. It took about 2 weeks to get the boots in the US via FedEx, and I was updated throughout the shipping process. I'd definitely recommend them!

I ordered two pairs of shoes from this company I wore one of the shoes for about four hours and the two eyelids fell off when I got in touch with the company they told me they will send me two eyelids and I should take the two eyelids to somebody Schumaker to put the eyelet back on my shoes

Fast shipment, good description, good quality

I was looking for a new pair of off-road boots when I came across the Alexfactory.it website. I was really surprised at the prices but was a bit skeptical of ordering from a site in Italy since I live in the USA. After doing a bit of research and review reading, I decided to give it a shot. I was looking at the Gaerne SG12 enduro. I sent a message with some questions and received a very prompt response from Alessio. I was impressed with how he never got tired of all my questions. I ordered the boots and received another chain of emails from Alessio to make sure I was ordering the correct size. Had it not been for that… I would have wound up ordering the wrong size. I ordered the boots on August 31, 2022 and received them on September 7, 2022. I’ve ordered from companies in the Us that I didn’t get my product that fast! Best prices, best customer service! I’ll definitely be ordering from Alexfactory.it again!!
