Andrew came out this morning on time, diagnosed fault and Elliot came back this afternoon and put new programmer in. I now have heat

I highly recommend ALG Boiler Services. They sorted a problem which several other heating engineers were unable to fix which left us without heating or hot water for a considerable time.
Andrew from ALG is very professional, careful and thorough and correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on his first visit. We were delighted.

It was fabulous being able to book online and see what slots were available. The guys did a great job, were clean and tidy, and didn’t overcharge me for the job (another he had no availability but had advised what the rough charge should be). They were in communication beforehand and after and it was just a really easy experience. I’d highly recommend them.

I have used Andrew’s company 3 times this year and would not consider using anyone else. As soon as he knew it was to help my elderly disabled mother he did everything he could to rectify the problems we had very quickly. Even although he had a big job in Glasgow today ( we are in Edinburgh ) he came round after the school run to sort the problem. Can not recommend enough.

I found Andrew from our next door neighbour and have to say Andrew is something else when it comes to customer service and work ethics! I found him so patient and his knowledge on heating systems is something else! If I had said First class you would not get how complete he actually is, nothing is too much trouble he even returned when our hive system failed (Faulty receiver box) and hive could not rectify it for 3 days a text to Andrew and he was here the next morning at no cost. We are in a new build in our second year, our local service guy was not up to much charging us £90 more than Andrew and to him there is no customer service! Yes Andrew from now on. I never give 5 stars to Andrew it is justified!

From start to finish, ALG were professional and reliable, providing me with confidence in their work. I was provided with quotes to suit my needs and not pressured in any way.
They replaced my boiler and other heating parts in agreed time.

The online booking system is really handy and conv to use.
Andrew was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
Our annual service was carried out quickly and a minor repair also at a later date

We had an awful experience when ALG installed Hive with our electric boiler. As a direct result the damaged electric boiler needed an expensive component replaced by a specialist electrician. Andrew of ALG would not contribute anything to the costs of this repair to our damaged boiler.
