Great experience, Muneeba has been a great agent for Booking the whole trip. Just make sure to ask for Booking reference number of the hotels that you book. Do not rely only on Booking vouchers. If Hotel Booking Vouchers do not have booking reference number on it, then they are useless. Save yourself from a bad experience when you are checking into hotels.

I paid for an Umrah package but only received a one-way ticket and visa. My flight was cancelled, and despite the agent receiving a refund, they delayed my payment and only offered partial refunds.

Communication was poor, and I had to chase them continuously. This caused me financial stress and inconvenience. I would not recommend this company. Please be careful before dealing with them.
