Great experience working for Aligned! Despite the sometimes inconsistent workload and abrupt projects (which are all part of this field), the team stay on top of communication with plenty of heads up leading up to live-dates. It has been a pleasure working with Aligned, and my continued time with them looks bright.

I started working with Aligned HQ a few months ago and have enjoyed the experience ever since joining. After a couple of projects, I was invited to join another more interesting project, so the opportunities for advancement and continuity are there.

The platform is clean and intuitive, and the team is engaging and consistently communicates updates. The projects are clearly defined with detailed feedback where needed to balance autonomy with guidance.

It feels less like 'gig work' and more like a partnership. It’s exciting to see how my specific industry knowledge is helping fine-tune LLMs. Highly recommend it for seniors and specialists who want to stay ahead of the AI curve while practically applying their skillset and expertise towards advancing Hyperscaler models.

Aligned Labs has been a pleasure to work with. From the quick and frequent communication about project pauses or resumptions to letting us know how our pay is calculated per period, they show a rare level of willingness to directly answer with annotators' questions that I have not seen on other platforms.

Most importantly, any changes made to project rubrics are *always* followed up with live messages/correspondence from an actual admin; they clarify any confusion introduced by the new project guidelines, so you never feel like the goalposts are being moved. Coming from other websites with little engagement from admins, this is so important and a stark differentiator of Aligned Labs from their competitors.

My only complaint is that the work can be short-lived, but that's the nature of the industry at large, and the geographic distribution of the raters, and not attributable to Aligned Labs.

It's been a great experience for me here, and I look forward to continued work with them.

I have been contacted by AlignedHQ to perform training for ChatGPT in Physics domain. The support was competent and timely, they also gave a lot of hints on how to make the tasks better to get them approved by OpenAI. Work atmosphere was also very friendly, the organizers and other trainers were very motivated. The payment was as agreed, quick and simple procedure for the transfer.

I tried adding the PAC file to your computer's network setting located in the Aligned site and got this error message

Then they ended my assignment to project although I did have a laptop but a connection issue they never solved: there resoonse: This configuration isn't something you do once and then your account will work. This is a setting you need to put in place directly on the computer you will be using to access Meta. If you move to a different computer to do the work, you would need to set it all up again. That means you need to use a personal computer.

I was contacted via Indeed about a Legal Brand Expert (paralegal) job at this company. I sent my resume through Indeed and immediately heard back that I had been hired. Mind you I never spoke to a soul. They sent my resume back to me and used AI to create some homework involving corporate law (that had the buzzwords from my resume). I completed that work in 10 minutes. While advertised pay was $40 - $60/hour my rate was $15. Then they started in with payment via Stripe. Logging in there requires your login and password. Um no, then you have access to my bank account! I gave them the routing and account number instead for a brand new bank account I just opened because the stench of the scam was on. That went through fine but 2 weeks later I haven't heard one thing. No jobs! It's a total scam.

Definitely a personal information collection scam with all the red flags. I registered, was assigned a job, and 3 weeks later no communication. They claim to pay via PayPal but only have connect Stripe bank option.
