This site is a scam. Took my money and never recieved the product and the tracking number link sends you to random websites that infect your computer!

SCAM!! RUN!!

They use photos of designer clothing, then send you a cheap knock off version of it. The tracking number they provide is fake and is not USPS as stated in shipment email (it actually comes from China). When you confront them, they refuse a refund stating they cannot verify that the item you received came from their warehouse because tracking doesn’t match. STAY AWAY AND REPORT THEM TO FTC if you’ve already fallen victim.

Scam. Never got my item. The phone number doesn’t work, I don’t get emails back. It’s says it’s based in Ohio but my tracking number is from china plus says it’s incorrect. So I was just robbed $100
They also use the name off specific items and designers without it being the actual item. Idk how this isn’t illegal and online stores are not being accountable.

Buyer Beware!! Wish I could give zero stars. I order a dress from them unable to track it to my house. Some sort of wal mart version of the same dress showed up that I’m offended they even thought could pass as the dress I purchased from the picture. Customer service won’t respond to me.

Truly the worst customer service I have experienced in years. Purchased a dress which took about a month to be delivered. Not only was the dress not what I ordered but it was see through and can’t be worn. The item was shipped with no invoice and the dress didn’t have a tag. This goes against their ridiculous return policy because they have no way to prove it came from their company. The dress clearly came from a warehouse in China. So I’m out $100 and am left with a dress even a homeless person couldn’t wear bc they’d be arrested for indecent exposure. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

How this website only has 4 bad reviews is baffling. I think the public deserves to be more aware of the scam that is being run. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I've been waiting on refund for months on a POS product they sent me that wasn't even close to what I ordered.

Complete scam ! Do not order! I got a dress that is completely different , huge in size, cheap material and nothing like the picture. No brand on it and I had ordered a dress from petal and pup via their website. Do not shop here!!!!!!

This company is a scam! Do not buy from them... Purchased a dress. Received email confirmation, then nothing. Three weeks later, I reached out to customer service several times without a response. Called the phone number on file, which was disconnected. The company headquarters is not a real address. Filed a complaint with the BBB, which made multiple attempts to contact Aljck with no response. Luckily, my credit card issued a refund. After six weeks, I received a cryptic email from Aljck stating to "wait patiently." This company is a total fake. They just take your money...

This is a total scam company. They advertise using photos of high end manufacturers, such as Tuckernuck and then send a cheap alternative that is not even close to what was pictured or described. The website says the company is based in Ohio but product was shipped directly from China with no label.
