Worst customer support and service
Worst customers support and service, recently bought an car insurance for our new car via their website, never received a call not any email that our insurance has been changed double the amount then the original quote, but if go to look on their website under documents there is a paper that we have changed your insurance because we can’t verify that you have had a car registered on your name in Denmark, which i have several cars since 2015 only the last car was registered in my name 2019 which already gives 5 years

Hi Again, as you mentioned i have selected how many years i had a car in my name 8 year when purchasing the insurance and as i mentioned before we never received any email from you requesting more information or anything else, I even have called your customer service to Ask if everything was Ok and the lady on the phone said yes your insurance will be active soon nothing about requesting more information nothing about price increase so my review is fair Lasse

We don't ask for any number of years, if you haven't had a car insurance in the last three years, which we ask for first. Alas the form was filled out wrong - these things happen.
The letter you say, you haven't received, is the same one you refer to in your review. Hope that clears things up.

Thanks for the review, which I find a little unfair.
When purchasing car insurance online, we ask whether the customer has had a car insurance in the last three years. If the answer is "no", the price will be calculated without asking about years before that.
In cases where the information doesn't add up, we mail out the document mentioned in your review, and always send a notification email to the registered email with each document. It is of course possible to correct any errors the former insurance company might have made trying to verify the information.

I needed their help when I twisted my ankle during my trip to London. The man on the phone was very eloquent in English, patient, friendly, straight to the point and helpful. I got clear instructions and once in the hospital, I didn’t have to worry about any payments for x-rays and whatnot. I’ve been a member for many years and never needed to use their services, which made me think to just cancel at some point. But in these sudden moments of need, you realize why it’s a good thing to have a travel insurance. Thanks for the help!
