I recently purchased a new open-end Ottoman divan bed, along with a headboard and mattress, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I met Steph, who was fantastic she listened carefully to what I wanted and didn’t pressure me into buying the most expensive options. Instead, she showed me a range of choices that suited my preferences, and I was able to get a great deal.
Everything was delivered within two weeks, just as promised, and the delivery team was polite and professional. I also met Cliff who was very friendly. I decided to try one of their memory foam pillows, and it’s incredibly comfortable making my sleep even better.
The bed itself is perfect, especially with the storage space underneath, which is a huge bonus. I’m so happy with my purchase thank you!

Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly service from Cliff. He went out of his way to help find the right mattresses. Nothing was too much trouble and the generous discount as I bought other items was a pleasant surprise.

A professional well oiled machine. They know and understand their products and listen to what the customer wants. A family run business that cares. Why go to a faceless chain of companies that simply will sell you anything.

Brilliant service. Highly recommended.

Needed 2 beds urgently (large chains unable to support a fast divan bed acquisition). One bed able to be provided within 2 days and expedited the other bed on order. Good deals on both beds.

Extremely helpful. We weren't sure if the mattress we wanted could get up our very narrow and awkward stairs (small Victorian terrace house), so they arranged for the delivery team to come to our home and check (this was before we purchased anything).

After purchasing, when I contacted them by phone for an update they were able to immediately update me about when the mattress was due to come off the production line (as our new mattress was one that was being made to order), when it was due to arrive to them, and we were able to book a home delivery for the day after that.

All of this was on top of getting the mattress at quite a discount compared to other places we'd seen it online. Would definitely recommend.

Steph was a great help she helped to find the perfect mattress for me and even managed to sort me same day delivery, Would highly recommend.

I visited all about beds in Taunton looking 👀 for a mattress I spoke to a charming lady,she asked various questions when I told her I wanted a mattress that kept me cool and that I slept in not on she recommended the Kernow zero gravity which I purchased,it was a good recommendation it is lovely mattress.I would say if you are looking for a good company to deal with you must visit AAB first.Martin

It's an absolute delight to purchase from this bed shop. We are over the moon with the advice we was given. We wasn't pressure sold the mattress we purchased. The service from this shop is outstanding..and I would definitely recommend any one who is in the area to go and look at this store

Brilliant service from start to finish. From the moment we stepped in the store the family team were very helpful. Good advice and knowledgeable without being pushy. Rob was very attentive and when we found the bed we wanted, was happy to swap the headboard in the deal to suit what we were after. Amazingly fast and bed received after only a couple of weeks. The team followed up shortly after delivery to check all was ok and when they heard there was a slight mark on headboard upon delivery, they were very very helpful. Great customer service, highly recommend.

Months for delivery of bed- poor customer service throughout- I had to chase up. Delivery dates kept moving - suspect there were quite a few lies- promised some monetary compensation- I gave my details - still waiting for recompense for

Have been in a couple of times now, this is the second bed I have bought from them, and on every occasion they have been very polite and very helpful, and understanding I would gladly recommend them…

Reluctantly giving 1 star rating because we could not give a zero one - Purchased Highgrove bed and Zonagel mattress back in May 2021. Driver found a fault with it on arrival. Exchanged but after 6 - 9 months top material was ripping in various places. Steff the Manageress appeared helpful again even offering an upgraded mattress when the 3rd one was faulty on arrival. We agreed on an upgraded mattress as we were verbally told it would be made out of different material. Our problems started when on delivery we found upgraded mattress was made out of same material and was faulty same as the others. We asked for a refund so we could go to a different store. Steffanie's attitude changed and became less than helpful. With a lot of outside help and support to understand our legal and consumer rights we have finally received a full refund including costs. We would advice caution when shopping here. We will never go to All About Beds again.
