Steals Money from Authors' Books and Lies Without Hesitation.

Allan Livingstone SEALY is a Dishonest Individual Who Steals Money from Authors' Books and Lies Without Hesitation. His practices are unethical, and he shows no regard for the people he deceives.

Subject: Review of Life and Success Media Ltd – A Personal Experience:

Court Hearing Date :Business and Property Court of England & Wales, Insolvency & Companies List No CR-2024-003830 of 2024

I am writing to share my experience with Allan Livingstone SEALY and Patricia Moreen SEALY the director of Life and Success Media Ltd.
Unfortunately, my experience with their company has been deeply disappointing, as I believe I was a victim of intellectual theft.

I published four books through this company, and on multiple occasions, I requested information about royalties. Each time, I was told there were no royalties to report. Over time, I became increasingly suspicious of their practices and requested that they return all of my books and terminate our working relationship. I no longer trusted their operations.

However, even after my departure march 2024 I noticed that my books were still listed on their website, which prompted me to contact them. I asked if they were selling my books without my permission and without providing any royalties to me as the author. In response, Allan Livingstone SEALY claimed that I had not formally parted ways with the company and insisted there were no royalties. He further stated that he had no records of any sales to provide me with from Ingram.

Determined to get clarity, I conducted my own investigation. I reached out to the online platforms where my books were listed and requested sales data. One company replied, confirming that three of my books had been sold, and that any further information about sales could be obtained from the publisher — Allan Livingstone SEALY and Patricia Moreen SEALY at Life and Success Media Ltd. (Company number 08469252, Correspondence address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ).

To resolve the matter, I took legal action and brought the case to court. Unfortunately, during the proceedings, Allan Livingstone SEALY presented several false statements. For example, he claimed I could access sales data through Ingram, but when I contacted Ingram, they informed me that I wasn’t the original account holder and had no access to this information due to data Protection.
After presenting him with the court papers, he provided an Excel spreadsheet showing books sold.

However, the file was clearly tampered with—numbers were missing, book titles were disorganised, and it was obvious he was trying to erase the total sales figures. It's a real shame!

I appeared in court, but when I presented my case to the judge, I was told that I had filed in the wrong court!!! and that some forms were incorrectly completed, likely due to my inexperience with the legal process.

The judge advised me to seek another court, and I left feeling disheartened. It was frustrating to see someone like Allan Livingstone SEALY avoid accountability for his actions, especially as I know I’m not the only one he has taken advantage of. Many authors may be unaware of what has happened to their work.

While I was emotionally and mentally exhausted from the lengthy court proceedings, I ultimately decided to focus on my health instead of pursuing further legal action.

Allan Livingstone SEALY, if you think you can keep stealing from others, just remember: money will come and go, but the trust of your community is priceless. It's heart-breaking that someone who presents themselves as a Christian would engage in such behaviour. We live in strange times, where you least expect betrayal.

I’m not sure how much he’s stolen—whether it’s £2,000, £3,000, or more. I’ll never know the exact amount, as he’s clearly tampered with the documents.

On a positive note, I’ve since created my own account with Ingram as a self-publisher. Now, I can easily track every sale of my books without any issues. All you need to do is log into your account, and an invoice for sales is sent directly to your email. Payments are then deposited straight into your account. Now do you see what a fraudster he really is?

I strongly advise others to stay away from Allan Livingstone SEALY and Patricia Moreen SEALY the director of Life and Success Media Ltd. and look for more trustworthy alternatives.

Stealing from others doesn't lead to success; living honestly does.
