Delayed order

Second time ordering from here - first time waited over a month for items to arrive but as it was Christmas gave them the benefit of doubt. Second order placed almost three weeks ago and I've received an email today to say it's delayed but no timeframe given for when I'm likely to receive the items...

Size guides are not adhered to; consumer rights disregarded. Avoid.

Ordered the overpriced jogging bottoms - size small had a waist 6 inches larger than advertised. The quality is awful; the thigh circumference on each thigh is as large as the waist making them look like pantaloons! Initially customer service seemed promising; but they’ve since implied that my expectations for the correct sizing as advertised on the website is the problem and they thanked me for my feedback - ignoring my request for refund or replacement. Total disregard to consumer rights so I’ll be informing trading standards.

Awful service and way overpriced

Awful service and way overpriced. Ordered boots with dance school logo on (paid a lot for logo) goods arrived without logo, had to return, they arrived back with logo on one boot only, now they won’t reply to emails and no phone number!!

I am very disappointed with this dance…

I am very disappointed with this dance shop. The sizing information on their website is misleading and unclear, which led me to order socks that were clearly baby-sized, despite my intentions. When I tried to return the unopened socks—still sealed in their original packaging—they refused to accept the return but acknowledged fault with their website’s sizing guide. This lack of responsibility is unacceptable.

Additionally, their items are significantly overpriced compared to original brands available elsewhere. Such poor customer service combined with misleading product information is concerning and should be reported to trading standards for violating consumer rights.

I would caution others to be very careful when ordering from this shop. The schools should also find an alternative reliable retailer.

Appalling customer service

Awful customer service - they sent wrong item and has taken over a month and multiple emails to rectify (still isn't resolved).

I placed an order with AllBoogie (my daughter's dance school has a uniform store with them).

They sent the wrong ballet skirt. I emailed them about this on 2 May, and finally heard back from customer service on 7 May (5 days later!). Customer service has no phone number so the only option is to email and wait.

AllBoogie asked me to return the original skirt before sending the one I had actually ordered. I sent this on 9 May and it was marked as delivered on 12 May.

On 28 May, I received an email stating that they have not received the item yet.

I have asked for a full refund today and am waiting to hear back from them (it can take anything up to 5 days for customer service to email you back so it may be a long wait!)

Avoid this company. If your dance school uses them, I would recommend finding the same leotard on a different website!

The WORST dance uniform shop i have…

The WORST dance uniform shop i have ever dealt with for over 10 years. The quality of the item was rubbish, agreed to return so I did. To avoid a refund , they demand a bag the skirt came in - i hope it was a plain plastic bag. Althogh the skirt was wrapped in the leotard (which returned to the school principal due to size issue). The slip says to reduce waste they don't use plastic! Bottomline is the company don't care about customers, don't issue exchange or refunds. The 1 star is for Francesca for communications. Best to AVOID the seller Overpriced bad quality uniform. Shame I can't add images

Bad quality material, poor stitching

I ordered a crop top, leggings & jacket from them ensuring I measured my daughter correctly, items came about 6 six later, much smaller than measurements on website & the stitching was already coming out. Poor quality material which had no stretch (not ideal for dancewear) After emailing them they agreed to replace the item which stitching was coming out but not the ones which were too small.

Disgraceful company and one to avoid

We ordered a printed T-shirt for my son but after only after wearing it a handful of times for short periods, and before it had even been washed the lettering started to peel off. After a couple of washes half of the lettering had fallen off all in the same area so it was obvious that it had not been printed properly.

We got in touch with All boogie and ended up returning the tshirt asking for a replacement.

Nearly 6 months later we are still waiting on the replacement.

We have advised the dance company that my son is with of these issues and it turns out we are not the only people this has happened to!

Avoid this company if you can

No customer service or communication from All Boogie

Was supplied a branded leotard in a size small which should equate to a size 8 as per the sizing guide supplied. No specific measurement sizing for leotards in on the web site although I have subsequently found proper measurements are listed on competitors sites. Arrived as a cross back which is different to the advertised picture and in soiled not new condition. I advised the company that I want to return it to be told I cant because it has branding on it. I advised that it was not in saleable condition and I would return it which I did with proof. Since then I have sent 5 emails to progress this return all of which have been totally ignored. There is no phone number and they are not prepared to speak with me. I have no idea what their complaint process is as I cannot find it on the web site nor will anyone communicate it with me. I have wasted a whole load of my time with All Boogie. It has also negatively impacted our relationship with our daughters dance class. If you are a dance teacher considering using All Boogie as your "shopfront" think very carefully about the level of service they will provide to your customers. I have only ever written one negative Trustpilot review ever, but I am compelled to write my second about this shoddy company.
