Just back from a football trip with my…

Just back from a football trip with my son. Beautiful resort and it’s right on the lake. Accommodation was great. We stayed in 5 bed close to the restaurant. Staff in restaurant were amazing , serving beautiful food. We had the craic with them. Think I’ll have to bring the rest of the family over soon. It’s a amazing family resort.
5/5 for me.

Avoidance of complaints

Avoidance of complaints. They keep deleting my reviews. Poor customer service. I complained and they said they still have not heard bk from the campsite as it i s so busy... three months later.

Allcamps missold us holiday…

Allcamps missold us holiday accommodation. Would not take any phone calls everything has to be don’t over email. They won’t answer our questions. We provided evidence to prove the accommodation was not what we booked. Eurocamp have even confirmed this. Allcamps are refusing to speak to us, we spent £6000 on our holiday which was ruined by being in the wrong accommodation. Please do not use Allcamps to book your holiday. Go direct to the campsite.

Unfortunately Allcamps you refuse to speak to us. You are more than welcome to look our complaint under our name. It will be escalated in the meantime I will be telling everyone on all social platforms not to book with you. You were happy to take our £10000 but not willing to discuss the issue. Despite Eurocamp confirming we were not in the correct accommodation.

If you wish to do this on a public platform so be it. Eurocamp have confirmed the accommodation we stayed in was a comfort on their own social media page. We paid nearly £1000 more than a comfort cost to stay in a premium azure. We just want to know why we were miss sold the accommodation when Eurocamp themselves have confirmed it was a comfort? I wanted to discuss this over the telephone but you refuse to speak to customers happy to speak to us take £10000 for the holidays though.

We are sorry to hear that you feel like we refuse to speak to you, especially since we have replied to every e-mail you sent us. The latest reply being sent on Wednesday October 1st. We believe our standpoint is clear, but if you have any questions about this, please feel free to reach out. However, based on the information we have received from both yourselves and Eurocamp, we will not change our standpoint.

As stated in our e-mail, you stayed in the accommodation type you booked. This was also confirmed by our partner Eurocamp, the provider of your accommodation.

We sincerely regret that you did not enjoy your stay, and are sorry that you are dissatisfied with our service.

Place was terrible

Place was terrible not cheap, food was terrible the beach there was terrible, you have to drive to get to a decent beach you had to pay for sunbeds at a pool, no bar or pub and the closest bar is about 9km away, what we were told we were getting and what we got was a joke, everything they said was gonna be open was not open and will only be open in July, do not recommend unless you like doing nothing.

I stay in April 2025 in camprils camp…

I stay in April 2025 in camprils camp in Daurada (Spain) for 4 nights .
-Staff working in the reception 1 and 2 they are good
- staff working in the kitchens they are not to bad good enough.

But kitchens Managers both kitchens they are horrible, terrible , if you ask something they get angry 😠 they are not nice at all .

Easy to use - great site

Easy to use site. The filters are great. Vastly superior to a more famous one. Could do with a filter for air conditioning though. Easy to see the final price without having to fill in all your details. Also you can pay in instalments which is great. Favourite camping website.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. Just an email, and enquiry is answered. I had to change date of holiday, it was done easily and quickly. I then added on a another guest, also done within 15 minutes.
