AllClear Travel Insurance (Australia) Reviews 

I was looking for travel insurance for my daughter’s overseas school trip and was particularly concerned about finding cover that would take her pre-existing medical conditions into account.
As a mother of a child with serious mental health issues, I was worried that she might be excluded from cover because of her conditions. From my very first interaction with AllClear, however, I never felt that the staff were looking for reasons to exclude her. They were kind, courteous and incredibly responsive, and I never felt embarrassed or uncomfortable discussing the various questions I had — including sensitive questions relating to self-harm.
The whole experience was reassuring and respectful, at a time when I was already feeling quite anxious as a parent. I honestly didn’t know a company like AllClear existed that could provide travel insurance for people with pre-existing medical conditions.
I am so grateful for the way I was treated and for the peace of mind it has given me. I will definitely be using AllClear for all our travel insurance in the future, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to other families in a similar situation.

Very competitive quote and easy application

Price is very high. Very quick and easy.

Will Nunnery was patient and very helpfull in negotiating what is not an easy website and system .
Travel delay cover was not good $20 for the first 12 hours on Querying . It sits next to another catergory which says Unlimited .

We ended up going with them based on price and the help from Will .

Personal thorough help to obtain insurance we wanted

Customer service was very good. I just had a bit of trouble understanding the representative at times, language wasn't quite clear. It felt like he was just reading what was in front of him rather than explaining.

The customer service guy was very helpful but the only fly in the ointment was the whole cost was a bit expensive.

Our consultant Ricky was very professional and efficient and very helpful combined with a lovely phone manner. The policy purchase was straight forward regarding our pre existing medical history and the cost of the policy was very competitive.
