SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM SCAM
I have submitted a withdrawal require many times over the last year! The company will not process it at all, I spoke to the company a lot of times and they keep promising me that some will call me to process my withdrawal, but this never happens, I just get the run around, I am now drafting am email to the AFP fraud department about this company.

I have kept all records of the communication I have with this company, they like to lie about the number of times that they have tried to contact me, I know this is a lie as I record all numbers that come in and I answer my phone 99% of the time! .

I am writing this bad review because they will not process my withdrawal, I keep getting ignored and no one reply or called me about my request! they have bad customer service, and are just stealing clients money, DO NOT TRADE with them. They are a fraudulent broker company and a SCAM. Don't deal with them.
The other reviews for this, have to be a fault profiles, as I should have done my research better, there is not phone contact details, and no company address on their website, I know this is a big red flag now.

withdrawal not being approved been pending request for many weeks now and despite contacting support and various brokers I spoke to and email correspondence getting the run around and even a call promising my withdrawal processed I sent a final last email warned them to process my withdrawal to support and copied to all other brokers emails I was in touch with at some time or emailed me having them on record and keeping records. I said I'll write a bad review if you don't process my withdrawal but it was ignored and no one replied or called so thus this review a waste of time and bad service not to mention my money I can't take out. If you can't take out your money or profits then they are fraudulent broker company and a SCAM. Don't deal with them.

I have not seen more reliable broker than this one. I was looking for a good broker for 3 months and I found them. There is good support that always helps their clients. But they verify accounts after a long time. hope they will improve this aspect..

Sometimes I have to wait since it is difficult to get someone to talk to me. However, as soon as i get someone on the phone, they are wonderful.
