I ordered 2 rock doors from.AllertonGlass or AGG I was told the date they would be getting fitted and true to there word 3 men came in the morning to fit them Josh James and Lee they worked very hard all day they fitted the Back door first I could not belive how clean they kept our house and how friendly they were .the time was getting on and the Lads did not even stop for any breaks they then fitted the Front door .because the door Lock was not working to there satisfaction Josh never stopped fixing it till it was just right I myself thought it was OK to me but there motto is the customer comes first so it has to be spot on. What more can I say myself And my wife are so made up with there work I
Have now asked for a quote for some windows. I could not recommend this company enough. Andi for got to say J.P

Trying to enquire and organise quotes from builders/firms was a painful process, it was only at this point I realised how many people waste your time with inflated stupid prices. It was only by chance googling- that I came across allerton windows as I never knew they done extensions! The reviews sold me, so I requested a call back to arrange someone to come out and quote the job. A week went by and no response so me and my partner went to the showroom for advice and have a look over some ideas, after speaking with the lady behind the counter we learned how busy they where. She was brilliant answering our 1000 questions to the best of her knowledge, and told us someone will be in touch as she will chase it up. The next day I got a call from Paul to arrange coming out. When he came he was laid back, spoken really well leaving you the impression he genuinely listened in detail of what I was after (I know I can be challenging at times, when I know what I want!) He told me he would have a detailed broken down quote over within days, and true to his word he did. We tweeked certain things but found middle ground in where I was happy with no push or hard sell from his side which convinced me to go ahead with everything. It took a while to get booked in the diary, around 14 weeks (I was pushing every week for cancellations) the girls in the office was always informing me at every stage about what was due to be completed at every stage of the build - with calls and emails along with how much the balance was each time with a breakdown. The lads who came out was brilliant, Ste and Col are absolutely unbelievable! They both arrived early everyday, literally didn't put the tools down until home time and super reliable with their work being to a high standard. I Eventually met Tony the owner halfway through the build, and he was everything I didn't expect in a good way. He wasn't full of himself or arrogant, introduced himself and apologised for not coming around sooner. I learnt that man literally doesn't sleep, Tony organises literally everything to keep things moving. Even while he went abroad I was always in contact, responding pretty instantly - his phone was never off! Tony made sure the build came in on budget, and that was even with changing a few things or adding them along the way that came up. After everything was completed I had a small issue with a couple of things but as Tony does, he had someone at my house the very next day fix. Everything had been paid off by then so he could easily have avoided me, but not once did he ever make me feel disappointed with the service. Allerton will be my point of call for everything needed in the future, I honestly couldn't recommend them enough. By far the best company I've came across and dealing with - Great work Toe to you and the team behind you 👍🏼
