After a terrible experience with a building renovation company, I just wanted to have a professional job done by a trustworthy and reliable Roller Shutter company, that would be fair and reasonable and treat us with respect and provide good old fashioned service which seems harder to come by these days, so I was even more careful choosing this time and got three quotes, there was some variation in pricing but I was happy with the salesman Andy from AllGuard Home Improvements who was polite, friendly and helpful and decided to go for the option of more expensive and higher quality roller blinds and also have a double security door fitted.
The roller shutter and security door installation went smoothly, it was a big job with 15 roller shutters fitted to our home upper and lower levels as well as the security door, the end result was a very good job done by AllGuard Home Improvements and my wife and I are very happy with the work that was done, of course with a big job as this was you can expect some minor problems and there was, but this was dealt with promptly and in a friendly and very helpful manner by contact with the owner of this family business and his wife who went out of their way to personally resolve any of my concerns, the owners Darren and Franca show that they really care about their customers not just by talk but with actions too.
I can confidently recommend AllGuard Home Improvements to do a professional job installing roller shutters and security doors because the owners of this family business are honest people who take a pride in providing good service with integrity.
Update, about six months after the installation of the roller shutters, one of the larger shutters at the front of the house after a loud bang became noisy and then stopped working, so I phoned Darren the owner/manager and explained what happened, he was very friendly and polite as usual and said that he would arrange for someone to have a look at it, very promptly within a few days a serviceman attended and fixed the problem and it was covered by their warranty so no charge to me for this service.
Again, I can fully recommend AllGuard Home Improvements for shutters and security doors, because they also provide very good after sales service for their customers, as I have said before this is a family business that takes pride in providing good honest service with integrity.
