avoid this company like the plague
Apart from the shocking services and when you complain nothing gets done, they leave your office insecure overnight and often the rubbish Is not taken out so you come into a welcoming smell in the morning. Upon terminating the contract, firstly with notice as we are reputable business, we had to then terminate for breach of contract as they simply lost interest.
Obviously not being a great company they could not redeploy their own staff, who were all subcontractors so now they’re trying to sue the three Companies in the building saying that we are the employers.
So how does that work we can’t fire them for gross miss conduct as they don’t contract to work for us ; you complain to the company about the poor service nothing gets done, you terminate the contract they try to off load their staff on to you and then you get sued instead of somebody finding a new job. What’s the point in hiring a company who are doing nothing only a headache ?
They do not deliver a good service ? They do not care about customer service and then leave if you in a legal situation trying to off load their poor contractors .
Please be warned if you are a professional business do not use this company.
