Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 78 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently struggle with frustrating claim processes, facing endless administrative delays, poor communication, unreturned phone calls, and repeated requests for unnecessary documentation before any resolution can be achieved. Many people also noted that customer support representatives are unhelpful, difficult to reach when urgent assistance is required, and quick to deny valid coverage. Some reviewers were happy with the smooth progress of their claims and found certain phone staff members to be consistently kind and helpful. A few customers experienced efficient assistance when quick alternative arrangements were needed after unexpected vehicle accidents.

Corrupt company - Do not use!

I ensured my car with this corrupt company. Now I hit an animal on the road resulting in damage on my car which I wanted repaired. I put in a simple claim which I thought would be processed within a day or two. 2 months later they are still investigating my claim. What a nonsense. The real problem however is that I was suspended from driving for 3 months for speeding and they did not ask me before they renewed my insurance. Now they are trying to figure out how to use it so that they do not have to pay may claim. No other cars were involved, no one was hurt, no reason to question my ability to drive, no reason not to pay my claim.
