It’s impossible to log in & always has…

I find your site dreadful. It’s difficult to navigate. It’s difficult to access. It’s just difficult!
Everything I manage to log in I come away frustrated.
I’m with you 11 years & there has been no improvement.
Please get someone to make this site more user friendly.

Shocking experience

Shocking experience. I was stationary when a car hit me and because it’s a duel car claim Allianz have treated me disgracefully. ‘ Steven mc gee a so call ‘ claims handler that I spoke to was condescending rude and basically couldn’t give a crap , much different story if the third party was with a different insurance company. Shame as I will not be letting this go . Also he was told several times that I did not want to claim against my own insurance and he told me he would remove that from my policy which he did not , no surprise there ! Spoke to Stephan S yesterday and he was far more professional and updated my account promptly and even sent me an email of confirmation and letter via post , only got through to him after constantly phoning Allianz . Extremely disappointing to find that’s what I pay insurance for .

Ireland v Wallabies brought to you by Allianz Ireland

After renewing our house insurance with Allianz Ireland, we entered a competition on their website where the first prize was a trip to Sydney, Australia, to see Ireland play the Wallabies in the inaugural Nations Championship. We were incredibly fortunate to win and travelled to Australia in June 2026.

The prize was exceptionally well organised and included return flights, airport transfers, five-star accommodation and tickets to the Allianz corporate suite at Allianz Stadium, Sydney.

Everything ran seamlessly from start to finish, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy what was a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience.

A huge thank you to everyone at Allianz Ireland and Allianz Sydney for their warm hospitality and outstanding organisation. To top it all off, Ireland won a thrilling match against the Wallabies, making an unforgettable trip even more special.

An experience we'll never forget.
