Would not recommend

Would not recommend using this company.
We rented a property and it took Alistair 12 months to replace a dirty mouldy carpet, knowing we had a small child under 1. We contacted him regular about this.
We also had un resolved issues regarding the property only having luke warm water.
In the end we decided to move. He then lied to the landlord about why we wanted to leave and the issues, billed our bond with ridiculous amounts for problems that were around when we moved in! And to top it all he was a very arrogant and awful person, he left me in tears from shouting at me in my own home. I’ve had a lot of messages since of stories of how he has un resolved issues in a lot of properties. Had I read a review as honest as this one I would have steered clear for ever using him.
