Scammers that reply the email, stayaway!
Pair of boots ordered on 18.12.2019, that went way over the delivery time, so I contacted them several times and they would even reply. As they said, boots were being made on my size, delivery would delay, then I eventually asked for a refund and they still reply saying it wasn't possible to cancel anymore even though I had the right to. Well, then I waited and waited and even contacted them many more times to ask where the boots were and it's been now nearly 3 years and no delivery nor refund. I got in touch with the EU customer protection but also did not go anywhere. Please stay away of them and buy it directly from the NewRock website, AllNewRock is a total scam!

Total Scam - Avoid
As mentioned previously this site is a scam. I'm amazed that sites like this don't get taken down. Ordered a pair of shoes costing a couple of hundred euro's. Money taken from my account - no shoes, no answer to telephone or emails. Card company currently investigating.

didnt hear from them for 2 months, honestly thought that it was a scam. they probably wouldnt send the shoes if it wasnt for a lot of our emails. customer service is horrible

The shoes we ordered did not arrive and we didn't get a refund.

Just a scam website don't buy ! They take your money but don't send anything never answer phone calls and email !

Didnot received refund of 210 euro
Ordered shoes, but they were damages, so sent them back.
Waited more than 30 days and still diddnot received my refund. Contacted them via Whatsapp facebook, email and tried to call them, but dont get a reply anymore.

Terrible customer service
Although the items sold are of good quality, the customer service is horrendous. Emails ignored, fb messages ignored & the marketing department also do not reply. I've been waiting three months for a ring- not a pair of boots, a ring!! 3 months!!! Avoid this site!!!!
