Keeps logging out and when you try to log in says cant find account and have to start from scratch, most annoying when trying to check shifts to sort care out.

Absolutely diabolical.
Can't sign in, all it does is send me back to log in page. Phone log in doesn't work either. Very poor decision for an organization like the NHS to use such inadequate rubbish.

Unable to access constantly. Whirly eggtimer thing only.

Terrible app, cant load pages, missing dates & hard to understand.

The app won't load and this happens 9 times out of 10. You can't see off duty which defeata the object of the app. Load of rubbish. It is no better than the previous app

Work for a hospital on the bank permanent staff can get shifts until end May but if your on the bank you can only get 2 days!! not sure though if that’s to do with the actual bank only wanting us to only see 2 days, especially as we have no back up, and nobody cares, if I could give the loop app zero stars I would

So frustrating! Another disastrous piece of NHS IT. Haven’t been able to log in at all over the last 2 days-utterly pointless-I’m going back to pen & paper in 2025-unbelievable.

Absolutely terrible app. Crashes or buffers daily, trust the NHS to go for something before testing its reliability.

Just needed a simple roster app, without numerous glitches and bugs. And of course that's not what the NHS goes for. It cant even load without crashing. I don't understand how something so basic could be released in this state.

Awful. I need this for bank shifts. Very rarely do I actually get logged in and when I do I have no idea when it will throw me out again. 30seconds-2minutes. No idea how this app is still being provided. Tosh tosh tosh !

Yet another attempt to see my rota and pick up a bank shift and nothing showing and constantly bouncing me out. Second time this week. Appalling app and NHS trust should be seeking a new partnership with another business for rota schedules.

The worst app I have ever used. Constantly logging itself out, when you do manage to eventually log in it's always an anxiety inducing pause to see whether it will actually show my rota..... appalling app. An embarrassment to the health care sector who are forced to use this.

The worst app I have ever used .0 stars .It is truly appalling.It does not work at all, there is ALWAYS some issue .I have deleted it and will be contacting my trust and NHS IT to complain.
NHS should be refunded and whoever authorised its use for NHS personnel held to account, for wasting taxpayers money on this rubbish.

This app has never worked which sadly I need it to as this is the system my public service employer has wasted its money.

I delete and install but again it doesn't work.

Good idea behind the app… if it worked. The worst software ever…. NEVER works always says timer not responding. Save login each time and always asks to resign in every time. NHS need to go to another provider asap as staff are booking shifts elsewhere leaving wards short as no one can get on to book a shift! Ridiculous!

Absolute rubbish! Why the NHS invested in this company is beyond me. Their servers must be 20 years old operating on dial up modems as you can never access your account. What a rip off for the NHS

Terrible software. Very dated. Also no support and no help “ask your administrator “ is all you can get. I wasn’t able to find any of our rotas on it. I’ve therefore been working with someone else having to show me what they’ve done over teams. Unfortunately even then the way the rotas are displayed is very unhelpful with no clear way of seeing how many nights you’ve given someone and no overall tally. Avoid at all costs.

Absolute rubbish. Not fit for purpose. Essentially stealing from the NHS. Utterly useless app that they should be ashamed of.
