I ordered 3 pairs of jeans
I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. All of the buttons came off. They won't do anything. 2 of the jeans were the same. Style, color, but 1 of them was cut different, so they cut me on the hips. So bad that I can't wear them. Don't waste your money. Hollister has longer lengths, I won't buy anything I can't try on anymore.
Very DISappointed
I use to love this site. It was the first site where I could find jean long enough. I believe there are new owner. The clothing line has changed. and there is limited availability. Their return procedures are extremely bad and expensive. I returned a pair a jeans and the tracking# shows that it was delivered 21/2 weeks ago and yet I have not received a refund. When I call I always get the same response, "We have to verify the warehouse received it." Heck my tracking# verified that the warehouse received it! This is the third time I have gone through this nightmare with Alloy. Absolutely no MORE orders from me.

I use to love buying cloths from here but every since they sold the company they suck. They have the same old cloths then they are never in stock. I new something was different until i googled and saw that it was run by someone else. Very disappointed......
If I had a chance to give this company …
If I had a chance to give this company zero stars...i would. I placed an order for 3 pairs of jeans since i am tall and they arrived...2 pairs were defective and the third pair was also defective with a broken zipper but i still kept the jeans because i was able to change the zipper. The next day i called alloy to get the RMA # to return the other 2 pairs. I returned them a month ago and spoke with 2 different reps...both promising that my return will be processed right away and my money will be refunded...guess what? i am still waiting on my refund!!!! this company is HORRIBLE and their clothes are not WORTH buying! dont waste your time.

Let me start by saying, I wear a size 7 and I have a 37" inseam. All legs. Alloy used to cater to my needs. Nothing is better than having a great fitting pair of jeans. Especially a pair that doesn't cost a fortune. Alloy used to be my go to store for jeans, pants, dresses and even shoes! Their selection rocked. Their jeans, cut perfectly. I was even able to get 39" inseams, great to pair with heels. But they have done a complete nose dive. Their selection of extended lengths is tiny (if you're lucky enough to find a pair in stock) and the styles have tanked too. I keep checking their, difficult to navigate website, just to be let down over and over. Alloy used to make me feel great about being tall and thin because they seemed to know just what I needed in clothing. Lately, I simply hate being tall. Nobody else carries what I like. Nobody cares about us tall girls the way Alloy used to. It almost makes me feel like I lost a best friend. For the sake of every tall girl on this planet, please, please, please bring back the Alloy we deserve!

I must say I was pleased, with shoes and hand bags I bought. but the clothes are really for smaller size women. Great for Teens and skinny women. But it's the Place to shop for bags, shoes and some jewelry. caught the Sale.

The items shipped were not as expected AT ALL. Terrible quality that looks like it belongs at the dollar store. I returned my purchase and they conned me out of my money by giving me a "merchandise credit" that I would have to call to use. I called to use it a year later because THAT'S MY $50. The girl says they've been behind on responding to emails and that their system shows nothing for my name and they can't do anything to help me without a merchandise credit number. That's hilarious because I NEVER RECEIVED ONE. They didn't care and did nothing to try and make me happy. Avoid this business at all costs

What was once a great company is now..well, frankly crap. I've always ordered for my older daughter through them and she always loved everything. Now, well we'll order from elsewhere for our younger one. The selection is HORRID and almost nonexistent. Thanks for killing a once great shopping place.
Selling Items they don't even have in stock!!
I have been a customer of Alloy for over half of my lifetime because of their large selection of longer inseam bottoms. But I can no longer support a company that is so disorganized and misleading. I ordered two pairs of sweatpants in November and never heard ANYTHING from the company as to where my order was come late December; I had to inquire about my order to get any kind of communication from them (you think this would be a courtesy if you were not going to ship product to a customer). However, I received a generic email stating my items would ship 'soon'. Now over THREE WEEKS later we are in the middle of January and I receive another generic email stating my order has been cancelled. That's it. I was really looking forward to my order, I still want the sweatpants I ORDERED two months ago, but no, not going to receive them. HORRIBLY disappointed. Will not shop here ever again.

I will never shop with Alloy again. Their clothes are already overly priced and completely ill-fitted....but to make matters worse, Customer Service never answers emails. I'll take my business elsewhere.
HORRIBLE NOW!
I don't know if management changed or what but I will no longer order from Alloy! I have been a faithful customer for years, and have always highly recommended them to other tall women. Well, no more! Suddenly, they do not provide you with a return shipping label so the process is no longer easy, nor is it only $6. Shipping to send back a few items is costing me $22!!!! Not only do I have to wait on the phone for at least 40 minutes to speak to someone now (when they used to be readily accessible), but when I did order my item, it was stuck at the warehouse for 3 weeks! I wanted an item in time for a trip, but did not receive it until after I returned. I was sooooo disappointed. When I finally spoke with a rep, all they said was sorry and did not offer any sort of compensation. I am so upset about their changes and I will NEVER order or recommend anyone to them again.
Charged my card 3 times and still don't have my stuff
I am very disappointed with this company. It's been months since I placed an order, no word and no product. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and tried to place another order, the same thing, nothing. My card was charged 3 times, and still haven't gotten anything, and no response from them. This has been going on for several months. Very very upset. Not a happy shopper!!!!!!😡

I wish I could give them no stars!!! I have been ordering from them for YEARS!!! I placed an order totaling over 300.00 for a trip I was taking. I never received an email confirming shipping or a tracking #. fast forward to 2 weeks later.... still no products!!! I am leaving in 2 days!!! Called customer service and all they said was .... "sorry.... we have an issue with merchandise going to the warehouse then out for shipment!!" Huh?? I ordered from 2 other stores the same day and received my merchandise in 2-3 days!!! GET IT TOGETHER ALLOY!!! Needless to say, regardless of how nice these pants are, or if they make my butt look like JLo.... They will be going back and I will be looking elsewhere for jeans!!

This has turned into one of the worst companies of all time. I've been ordering here for years but this last order has turned into quite a cluster f. I placed the order 7/20/2016 for 3 pairs of pants. Two pairs were back ordered with estimated ship date for 7/31/16. I've emailed customer complaints 4 times now. In August they told me they were moving their warehouse and it would be sent out as orders were sorted. In September they told me the same. I sent another request out 10/4 demanding a refund and they have yet to answer at all and have not received any of the 3 pairs despite only2 being on back order. Oh, and they also made it so no one can access their account information either. I contacted customer service about that as well, they told me they changed their system and to create another account. Well I did....3 times...and none of those accounts have saved so that I can access them after creating. Basically feeling robbed over here. I really hope Alloy is ashamed of all of these negative reviews.
What happened to Alloy?
Don't waste your time or money. I've been shopping at Alloy since high school. They are barely a shadow of the company from those days. I purchased pants on 7/28. It's 10/10 as of me posting this message. Do you think I've seen my pants? NO. When I was able to get someone on the phone last month, they gave an excuse about updating their system and changing warehouses, and that orders would begin shipping again in two weeks. It's been almost 4 weeks since then. Now, I can't even call to have my order cancelled because no one will pick up the phone. I just took a look at the new website. Same old cheap clothing but the prices have gone up immensely. Save your time and money. If you need up to a 36' inseam, shop at Old Navy online. I just bought my first pair of jeans with them. Much better quality, cheaper prices, and much better customer service.

How can they legally still be conducting business?
This afternoon I finally realized, after a year and a half of ordering merchandise from them and having to jump through hoops to get credit for my returns, that they have embezzled my money.
If you ever order from Alloy NEVER ACCEPT A GIFT CARD OR IN-STORE CREDIT. They told me I can use them whenever but it now turns out when you try to apply a gift card to your order, that part 'is under construction'. When I called and asked for clarification, they said they could not tell me when I would be able to use my gift card and they would not refund my money = this is illegal.
I called paypal and they told me gently that I had been scammed and I would never see this money again.
It has been very stressful to deal with them and needless to say EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE as well. I have been scammed probably about $350 dollars over the 2 years of dealing with them.
DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS MERCHANT unless you want to pay a lot of money and headache for cheap clothes.
