I ordered a pool table a week ago. Still not arrived and no one answered the phone or replied to my emails. For the 5th time.

Snooker table arrived promptly and with no problems. There was a minor issue with email as I did not receive an order confirmation email but I emailed them and they replied very promptly to say all was in order. I will use them again if I am purchasing anything similar in the future.

Fault service and price

Company failed to send any proof of purchase email or dispatch email to the hot tub I bought. They did not answer the phone, their livechat is dead and they did not respond to my email. No money went out of my account so assumed I had not bought item and purchased another identical item throughout Ebay from same seller where confirmation came through immediately. I cancelled my payment just in case. Three days later the delivery date came for my Ebay hot tub. But two tubs came and the courier would not take one back. So I contacted All Round Fun again telling them I now had two tubs and requesting they collect one tub. This time they did reply, but accused me of lying about no confirmation email and no delivery notice and said we needed to pay to return the item which due to it's weight and size would have been a considerable amount! I refused and rung Citizen's Advice. Anyway to cut a long story short, the company failed to provide my credit card company with any evidence they had sent me a proof of purchase email etc so credit card ruled in my favour.

All Round Fun then wanted their hot tub back, but made it as difficult as possible for me. They had to accept they would pay for the return but insisted on using an all day courier with a 12 hour delivery period. When I explained I could not guarantee to be in for a full 12 hours due to work they even threatened to take legal action against me! This went on for a further week with me even giving them the cost of another very reasonable courier service who could collect at a time I was going to be in but again All Round Fun refused, and again threatened legal action against me. Finally they sent their courier service round and fortunately I happened to be in when they arrived.

In total it took over 40 days, 10 phonecalls to Citizen's Advice, countless emails to 'Suzanne' at their so called customer services centre, hours of my time and a lot of stress simply to return a hot tub that they did not even inform me was coming. As far as I am concerned they need shutting down! They treat their customers with contempt. No respect, accusations of their customers lying and threats of legal action when you are doing everything you can to return the item!

BUYER BEWARE!....I never did receive the trampoline I ordered and paid for from this Rouge company.....they took my money and I never heard from them again!.....stay away from this company ,they may be cheaper but that's their way of drawing you in to buy from them. Delivery in 2 days is a joke if company has no intention of even delivering in the first place. There's no way of talking to anyone in their so called and no existent customer service. Their fake tracking service, of course does not work either ...no surprise there!!. Are you getting the picture of how this company operates!. Take my advice go elsewhere and pay a bit more for peace of mind if you don't want to risk having your money stolen. I have to wonder, are the positive reviews on here really even genuine?

Item has not turned up email bounces back. All very weird

I ordered from this company on the basis that the garden item was a very good price. The order confirmation email came through fine. Next day I had notification from the delivery company that the item would be delivered the following day, and it did! So ordered Monday and received Wednesday. The item was just what I wanted and I'm thrilled. I only saw all the negative reviews on here after I had placed the order so was then quite concerned, but all went perfectly.

What a shambles this company is! Ordered a hot tub from them but never received a confirmation email. As such, assumed order did not go through, especially as money still pending in account, so ordered same hot tub for £10 more through Ebay which was actually from the same buyer. That confirmation came through straight away. Tried to ring company to explain the situation and stop order, but they are not open on weekends so sent an email. Also tried their so called live chat but simply got sent message to say it was not live. I heard nothing from them on the Monday, tried ringing but voicenail saying to email or use live chat! On Tuesday I got a delivery notice from Ebay saying hot tub was being delivered but when the courier came they delivered 2! Tried to send one back but was unable to do so. Emailed again explaining situation and asking them to collect second hot tub asap as taking up space in lounge. Told it's my fault as a confirmation email and delivery notice sent out. I ask for evidence as did not receive either. They failed to provide me with any evidence. American Express very helpful and block payment. All Round Fun still accusing me saying it's my fault and say they have sent evidence to American Express. Clearly they did not send evidence as American Express rule in my favour and close case after 30 days. We still have hot tub in middle of lounge. They are refusing to pay for postage and packaging to return their hot tub. When I then email to say that I now have their hot tub AND the £149.95 and give them yet another chance to collect their tub, instead of acting amicably the customer service representative is still rude, still accusing me saying it is my fault! Then told courier can come on Friday but could be at any point during the day. I explain we may be in but due to work commitments may not be in depending on time of day. Customer service representative again rude. I point out this is THEIR mess in the first place! As it stands, courier coming some point on Friday. Hopefully one of us will be able to answer door so hot tub can be returned and no longer be in middle of lounge! Overall Horrendous experience! Company constantly trying to blame customer for their failings. No phone line and rude staff when responding to emails! Personally I will never use them again! UPDATE!!! THEY ARE NOW TRYING TO THREATEN ME WITH LEGAL ACTION FOR FAILING TO RETURN THE HOT TUB despite me trying to return it for 40 plus days! This company need shutting down! Completely incompetent and blame customers fo everything.

Never received my parcel of the item . Keep contacting customer service and no answer

Quality product . Arrived in the 3 days as promised.can’t fault

No option for no stars. One star is not a true reflection.
Purchased 2 parasols. One was faulty - repeatedly tried to make contact. Sent emails. Messaged on their online chat facility. Cannot phone through. No option to speak to anyone. You cannot get through to a person. If there is a problem they will ignore you.
Also the ‘so called’ company sent different colour parasols without any explanation.
Late October OVER TWO MONTHS LATER I received a message via a third party payment facility to contact the manufacturer with my issue!,,, AGAIN NO DETAILS OF HOW OR WHO I CONTACT. Shockingly the issue is still unresolved.

No delivery, no update and no customer service!!

Does this company actually exist?

Non delivered item returned to warehouse in July but they never told me.
They do not answer their phone and Have only anwered one email.
I am due a refund but have not heard from them for weeks.
Reported to Citizens advice bureau etc.

I would not use them again

My pool gazebo cover was fantastic, however one of the roof poles broke/splintered. I have been trying to phone All Round Fun continually for weeks, they don’t answer their phone, I’ve sent many emails, receiving the standard message, their staff will review my email and contact me within 48 hours. Terrible customer service - they were quick to answer my queries when I was interested in buying the gazebo in the first place.

Tell the truth or correct when something has gone wrong and advise customers.
2-3 day delivery which hasn’t happened and it’s now a week!
That’s fine but I have had to do the chasing to find out what the problem is, not right!

Still waiting for my refund from a faulty product with missing items. Been waiting since August. Company is now ignoring my emails although they have collected the return. Will have to raise a complaint with the consumer ombudsman

I got a tree it stopped working , emailed them 2 months ago got one reply , now nothing , I thought I would just try the tree again so plugged it in and it blew my whole house , beware they are selling dangerous goods !!!! Looks like they only reply to the good review too , shocking service , THEY NEED SHUT DOWN BY TRADING STANDARDS
