How can you acceptable refunding my deposit after six weeks? Are you also paying interest on my money? Why does it take you so long for such a simple payment? How is this considerate for your customers?

The service is excellent; the staff think along with you and are flexible. Robert thought carefully with us about the larger items that needed to be moved. Even though he had a full schedule, he still managed to find a moment in between to move the beds and the sofa. We really appreciated his help. He is careful and skilled, and with his moving trolley he easily lifted even the largest sofa. We were helped in a very friendly manner and are very satisfied. Thank you, Robert.

Till now everything is fine

We had a storage room at All Safe for about 10 years. It was always very easy to get in, the storage is open 24/7. The room was spacious and clean and it was a dry and safe place to keep the extra furniture we couldn't keep at home. We highly recommend it.

I had to quickly rent a box to temporarily store items. The guys were very helpful in choosing the right box for me that fitted all the items I had to store. The scurity process is easy to deal with when you enter and leave the building.

The Allsafe staff is always helpful and patient. They assist with whatever query I had.

Good location and easy to access. Additionally, closing was convenient for me.

Unfortunately, Allsafe doesn't return the deposit. They arrange dates, promises, and the money is gone. If you want to lose your money, deposit it there and you won't see it again. They have to return over 400 euros for the deposit, for which you have to wait 4-6 weeks, and they still don't return it. I'm going to the police tomorrow.

I had an excellent experience with Allsafe Storage in venlo on 16th December 2025. I had several pieces of luggage and other items to move, and with the help of two amazing staff members, everything went smoothly from start to finish.
They went above and beyond by assisting me with my belongings and even arranging a free bus to the venlo mail post
location where I needed to send my items. Their level of service was outstanding — both staff members were professional, friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. Truly two great guys who made the whole process stress-free.

Great facilities and very helpful staff!

They overcharged for my storage, promised me a bigger one and didn't give it to me in the end. The started my contract earlier to charge me more telling me it was the same price. Finally I sign the papers and they have not given me the password to enter the storage unit by car, so I haven’t been able to store my stuff. I felt a lot of impotence, but since I don’t speak dutch it has been very hard to argue.
