Not happy
This company takes a deposit (fair enough) and after cancelling the contract it takes up to 6 weeks before it is refunded. Also, we have emptied the storage in agreed time but still they manage to put in the wrong date so we have to pay extra. After contacting customer service there is a long discussion and lack of transparency on the reimbursement details and the calculation. I will not be a returning customer.
