ALLSAFE Reviews

The manager - Maciej, was friendly, organised, clear and professional in setting me up with my storage box.

He even remembered me after 9 months.

Highly recommended.

A mixed experience with ALLSAFE Venlo. The staff member who helped us during registration was friendly and helpful. We genuinely felt he was recommending the best options for our needs, rather than simply trying to sell us something more expensive. We really appreciated that.

Unfortunately, our experience during unloading and afterwards was less positive. We used our access code and were there within the permitted hours. A small stool was used to keep the loading-bay roller door open while unloading. ALLSAFE later explained that this prevented the door from completing its cycle, triggering a fault and a security callout.

The initial communication about the charge was confusing, with €175 mentioned before they clarified that our charge was €90. Once the cause was explained, we accepted responsibility and agreed to pay. However, we felt clearer instructions about how to keep the loading door open safely during unloading could have prevented the situation.

The helpful registration experience was a real positive, but the unexpected charge and the communication afterwards left us disappointed. Better practical guidance for new customers would make a big difference.

We used a storage space while in between moving houses and were very happy with the services. The facilities are super clean, safe, and easy to use. All staff that we dealt with over phone, email, or in person at the location was very friendly and helpful. It was also very convenient to be able to purchase moving materials (boxes, tapes, stretch foils etc.) directly at the reception desk. We also used the van rental service a couple of times and it was always convenient and easy to use. Would definitely recommend ALLSAFE to anyone looking for storage. If we are ever in need in the future, we know where to look.

All safe Dimen was very welcomed. Fast and helpful with any questions.

The guy in the desk is works hard and is friendly.

We have been using ALLSAFE Opslag Leeuwarden for over two years now and have been extremely impressed with the consistently high level of service. The facility is always exceptionally clean, secure and well maintained, giving us great peace of mind knowing that our personal belongings are being kept safely and securely.

We would especially like to thank Sander Andringa, the Vestigingsmanager, for his wonderful service over the years. Sander has always been exceptionally friendly, helpful and accommodating, and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. His personal attention and willingness to assist whenever needed have been greatly appreciated.

We would have no hesitation in recommending ALLSAFE Leeuwarden to anyone looking for a clean, secure and professionally managed storage facility. A big thank you to Sander and the team for taking such good care of us and our belongings over the past two years and into the future!

Do NOT use this company nor their moving company Dutch Movers (thedutchmovers.nl). Awful service. Work not completed and items stolen/missing.
