An excellent experience from start to finish from the whole team at All Seasons Leisure, starting with an in-depth conversation on the phone with Hugh at Kilmarnock who arranged to get our chosen van taken to Newcastle (more convenient for us living in Yorkshire), with the option of having it delivered to our door had we wanted.
Communication from Andrew and his team was also excellent and we are delighted with our 2021 T6.1. The standard of the conversion is superb, and the long warranty gives peace of mind.
There were a few initial very minor niggles, but these were sorted quickly and with no fuss (Billy coming to collect the van and leaving us a courtesy car), and again with excellent communication throughout.
Before buying, we’d spent months researching different conversion companies. Having the reassurance of high-quality after-sales care was as important to us as the van itself, and it was clear from other reviews that All Seasons has the reputation, expertise and attention to detail that we were looking for.
We have absolutely no regrets with our choice, and wouldn’t hesitate to use All Seasons again if we’re ever in the market for another VW campervan.

Having next to no knowledge about campervans and looking to explore the long term possibility of buying one I called in at All Seasons Leisure in Kilmarnock.

I can't thank Hugh enough for taking the time [no rushed pressure sales here] to show me round several vehicles and for providing detailed information and advice on all aspects of owning and using a campervan.

It's easy to tell from the quality of the staff and vehicles that you would be in safe hands buying a campervan from this company.

I came to All Seasons as they are fairly local and have a good reputation. The reputation is well-earned. Their conversions are top quality and the people are all as helpful and friendly as you could want.
Their after-sales support is as good as their products and I feel confident in returning to an honest business that just does it right! Jordan, Andrew and Dan dealt with us and all were brilliant.

I purchased my second brand new VW T6.1 2024 specification Transporter Campervan from All Seasons Leisure after dealing with Andrew Blenkiron. Buying the second Campervan from them was easy as the quality, level of service and support from them and the team was second to none on the first purchase and has continued with the second van. The quality of the whole conversion ( as an example leather seating, the quality of the leather, the stitching on the seats is perfect and all done on site and after a year of use still looks like new ) and the high end appliances looks stunning and has been commented on by so many of my friends. Whenever we have had a minor query about something on the van, Andrew has responded same day always with a solution. After having the van for over 12 months it has been perfect in every way and I would not hesitate in recommending All Season Leisure.

Great company to deal with from the start. I choose the donor van from their stock and choose the colours, fittings etc. I was kept in the loop during the process and asked to visit to check over the conversion before the final handover.
Ive had my T6 since October 2023 any slight niggles or problems including a faulty roof light were sorted straight away. Andrew and Jordan have been great from the start and are always on hand for any advice. Two of my friends have since bought from the same company and are also very happy.

We bought our own VWT6 transporter for conversion to a campervan. From our initial chat to completion Andrew and Jordan have been with us very step of the way. The conversion was tailored to our needs and of a very high standard of workmanship and materials. We had no worries leaving our van in their hands, had every confidence and felt at ease. All Seasons are a professional company with a personal touch, always on hand to help. We have no hesitation in recommending All Seasons. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us. We absolutely love our van!

Bought a newly converted V W camper from All Seasons Leisure and couldn’t be happier.
Bit of a miss communication with the fridge but this was rectified before we collected it.
We have now been away in the camper a few times and we are loving making memories as a family together in it.
The camper is also used as a second vehicle, as well as a camper and we love it.

Bought a new VW 6.1 camper from their Newcastle branch remotely whilst abroad. Jordan was incredibly helpful and patient whilst we came up with our individualized modifications to make it work for us. He provided updates and photos during the process giving us reassurance. Everything was completed to a very high standard and on time. Had a few minor teething problems which is to be expected but they were quick to get back to us to ensure things were resolved. We’re thrilled with our new van, and would fully recommend All Seasons to anyone considering joining the van life😎

What is there to say I've Bought and sold 2 Vans through Allseasons Leisure ..finance is straight forward and quick...the service I've received from staff has been top notch ..I wouldn't go anywhere else ..!

We travelled quite a distance to use these guys but their knowledge and professionalism on the phone made us feel it was worth literally going the extra mile. We were not disappointed, they made us very welcome, their sales was informative not pushy and they were happy to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Since then their customer care and backup to double check things has been second to none. They are always friendly helpful and efficient. Where ever we go people always comment on the van as it’s build quality reflects the level of service you get from the company , top notch on all levels. We’ve recommended this company numerous times and have every confidence in doing so. We wouldn’t go anywhere else .

Having recently bought a wonderful VW Transporter from All Seasons we enjoyed the whole experience. With this being our very first camper purchase we had zero knowledge of any pitfalls or considerations. The service and guidance we received from Jordan and the All Seasons team was brilliant from the very first touch point. He helped us navigate every step with honesty and brilliant customer care. Our experience regarding the after sales has also been fabulous. We have enjoyed many wonderful days already in our VW thanks to Jordan and the All Seasons team. The Owner Is A Very Shady character

After a lot of research to find the best/highest quality VW camper conversion I could I bought a brand new 80K VW T6 from this horrible company.

Firstly they messed me about by not having it ready on the agreed collection date - That was a day off work and train ticket completely wasted!

On my way home the interior light fell down from the roof and the airbag light came on and wouldn't go off.

I got it home put the roof up and as soon as it rained the poptop leaked like a sieve !!

They took it back and put a really cheap roof on, when I got it home guess what - the new one leaked like a sieve again and the van was filthy and full of saw dust.

They had it back again, and this time fixed the roof (gave me a different colour one without even asking if that was ok), but still only fixed half the things on the snagging list and again sent it back to me full of sawdust.
As soon as I washed it the trims on thr front bumper revealed they were bright yellow under the grey paint so they used second hand trims on a brand new vehicle.

Since then lots of things have broken despite me only driving 3k in it so far.
I made various complaints to managers who have no idea how to provide customer service.

Eventually, I got a response from them, telling me I need to deal with their solicitor, I contacted their solicitor who asked for loads of details and then responded to say he'd been de-instructed by them !

Eventually I managed to speak with the owner on whatsapp who I thought would be the voice of reason but he's the worst one out of all of them, rude and unprofessional, he clearly doesn't care about customers, he strung me along until after the summer season then ignored me.

The annoying thing is that I was really nice to him, telling him that as I run a business myself, I really wanted to give them every opportunity possible to fix the issues before I left them a bad review but still almost 2 years later i've not heard anything back from them and they havent fixed any of my issues.
So i'm now reluctantly writing this review.

They look very professional but trust me they are far from it - STAY WELL AWAY !

UPDATE: After posting this review on Trustpilot the Owner then sent me a screenshot of my own company name and address asking if this is my company - he then went on to my own companies trustpilot page and wrote a FAKE review pretending to be a customer.

Would you really want to buy an expensive camper from a guy who runs his company/acts like this?

I also notice that there were 6 reviews left after mine all within the space of a few hours which are obviously fake - 2 of which have even been left by himself !

Dont Trust Him With Your Money - You'll Regret It !!

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. I value service and engagement above all else and that exactly what I got from Andrew, Jordan, and the rest of the team at All Seasons Newcastle.

We decided to buy a campervan on a whim, so looked at a few converters and considered a second hand first purchase. When we got to All Seasons we were blown away by the quality of the product, the styling of the vans they turn out, and the no-pressure approach they took to helping us decide on what we wanted, how to spec it, and their ability to turn an around around very quickly. They were also amazing with our somewhat inquisitive and demanding daughter. All that ended up in us deciding the throw caution to wind and buy a brand new van and have it converted exactly how we wanted.

We chose a van from their extensive stock, secured it with a small deposit, then set about getting the spec sorted. Van was built in about six weeks, they pulled out the stops for us and we had it just before Christmas.

The handover was great, went through everything we needed to know. The van looked amazing and was exactly what we expected.

We had a few niggles with bits and pieces, but All Seasons have sorted them with no hassle.

Superb experience.

Purchased my second Vw campervan from all seasons couple of year ago - excellent build quality- furniture comes with a life time guarantee!
Returned it to have some additional extras fitted (solar panel) awning, bike rack.. additional leisure battery.. the odd little niggle.. but these were sorted without fuss & on same day (they could have argued that these were general wear & tear.. but no- they sorted inmost they’re own expense.. even once when I’d damaged something- they fixed it for free & on the day… I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Bought 2 campers here now. The first was our first ever van. We went to Birtley and Andrew was very helpful and very knowledgeable on everything. Explained how to use everything. The second van was a custom build LWB and we couldn’t ask for more.

Wouldn’t look any further than all season leisure.

The quality of the work is prestige. Having viewed multiple campervans prior to purchasing they all seemed to be missing the attention to detail. This is where all season leisure go above and beyond. Very happy with the customer service I have received and from start to finish I have been updated with the build of the campervan.
6 months down the line and I have no faults at all. Everything works as expected and It’s made the camping experience that little extra special.
Would definitely recommend these for the future.
I will for sure be back.

We bought our camper nearly 6 years ago and still love it. We got a 10 year warranty on the conversion and have twice brought it back in to have repairs done. Both times there were no questions asked, “bring it in and we will sort it”. We have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so. We have also had various upgrades added to our van over the last couple of years and have been equally happy with the quality of the work!

Post sales service has also been first class. I cannot fault anything with the dealings I have had with this company.

I would fully recommend using them and if I decide to upgrade my van in the future I would not look anywhere else.

After visiting a number of dealers in the north east this was the obvious choice
The finishing touch was good and the Reimo sliding bed made all the difference I would recommend its definitely worth spending the extra money for the extra quality
