Went to get my bike fixed because the battery fell out while going of a kurb, I don’t think the whole battery should come out. it took them 2 weeks to sort it out and get my battery back in my bike, then my bike wouldn’t connect and they started to blame it on my bike screen . “Look at the state of it , no wonder why it doesn’t work” even though there was nothing wrong with it.after waiting 30 minutes we got the bike working , as I thought it was over when I set off my bike had absolutely no power what so ever . DONT GET YOUR BIKES FIXED HERE. They are rude and didn’t even end up fixing my bike

Apologies that you are unhappy with the recent repairs to your bike. Not having your phone with the bike when it was in the workshop we could not check that it paired with your phone after this work was completed.
Upon collection this was evident and one of the Mechanics spent over 30 minutes resolving this with you.
We are unaware of any further issues after you left the store and if there were, you should have returned and we would have resolved them for you.
Our store Manger, Dan has tried to ring several times over the last few days to ascertain what issues you have, but has not managed to make contact.
Please give him a call (Tuesday to Saturday) and we get to the bottom of any issues with your bike.

Trek Marlin + 8
I was after a Marlin + 8 which are currently in short supply in the UK. I found one at all terrain cycles and called to discuss options. A very helpful call & as a result I ordered one from their online shop. Ordered on a Saturday & the bike arrived 5 days later, easy assembly & so far the bike is proving to be very good.

Bike turned up on time and very well packed. It was a slight surprise that it wasn't fully built, but it wasn't difficult to assemble and within 30 minutes it was ready for action.

To clarify, all of our bikes are fully set up by Cytech Techs ( gears brakes and full PDI) before despatch and in certain circumstances bars turned and front wheel removed. Great hear you had no issues with final assembly. Enjoy your cycling.

Truly First Class Service
First class service. Website is excellent & pricing is amongst the most competitive out there. I was kept up to date on my order & the few questions I had were answered promptly. In one case I received a very pleasant call back to make sure I was happy. A trip up to Saltair to meet the team & have a look around that impressive looking mill building is certainly on the cards. Overall a good experience
Best price, bike in stock as advertised unlike many places, rapid dispatch and delivery. I paid for full build premium delivery, but the front brake cable was not secured correctly and was rubbing the spokes. The gears were also well out of sync also needed some major adjustment. All Terrain Cycles responded rapidly to my email pointing this out and offered to cover the cost of my local bike store adjusting the gears. My local Giant store however did this for free :). The bike is now perfect. I would use this company again.
