All Things Defective
Customer support is basically just an auto-responding bot. Weeks go by without updates on my request for a refund because some idiot thought the QR code would be easier to scan if they printed it on a MIRROR FINISH! Whenever I scan my QR code, it's a blurry picture of the reflection in the dogtag on my phone and my hand holding it. Took 3 weeks to receive the item after numerous emails inquiring on the expected delivery, and returning the item has been worse. Still no updates on refunding my purchase. I decided to keep the junk I bought as a learning moment and instead give this website the update it deserves. Too bad I can't give 0 stars.
