ZERO Customer Care

I am a mother of a bride that was affected by the abrupt closing of Gretchen’s Bridal Gallery in Indiana. We purchased from the Allure Disney Collection and were so excited about the dress of my daughter’s dreams! I was given a direct contact at Allure Bridals (Eric Sellari) and he did nothing to resolve the situation! He was rude and very incompetent! He would tell me one thing to give me hope just to tell me something different the next moment! He asked me to send him proof of my daughter’s dress being paid in full and I did exactly that! He told me the proof would get them to ship the dress! He would not communicate after promising to call/email back! He then told me the receipts of proof of payment means nothing and I have to purchase the dress again! Next day, tells me he would ship the dress to a local Bridal company by end of day. The next email I received was him saying they will not release the dress until I pay the dress in full once again! He will not provide me proof of the dress not being paid to Allure! He told me via our phone conversation he could provide me an invoice of Gretchen’s Outstanding invoice! The next day said he couldn’t provide this nor proof that our dress wasn’t paid to them! We are talking $3300 not $100 or even $1000!!! They have insurance to protect their company but won’t help these girls that trusted in getting the dress of their dreams! I did not use a credit card to purchase; therefore, I can’t dispute with my credit card company!!! I am expected to pay in full a second time totaling $6600!?!?! They won’t even release my daughter’s dress until I pay in full to a different bridal boutique for a second time!!! STAY far AWAY from Allure Bridal as your dress designer if you want to have a company that is empathetic, passionate, professional, considerate, or have integrity!!!! They are NOT trustworthy in the slightest and can’t even provide proof that Gretchen’s never paid for the dress!!! My daughter and I had two news interviews and was hoping Allure would be a company with Integrity and compassion to rectify this very disheartening situation for all these beautiful Brides to be!

If I could give this company 0 stars I…

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They have done nothing to help their clients with the disaster brought forth from Gretchen’s Bridal shut done. We have been provided nothing but false promises from this designer and they are making us repay for my dress after my mother already paid for my dress in full!!!! This designer has more than enough money to help individuals who have been affected by this but have chose to find a way to collect more money instead. It’s very disheartening knowing that people are so okay with screwing over people that found beauty in their designs. Even after being shown receipts, they are still making brides repay after they’ve already paid full price in order to receive their dress.

wrong color

I ordered to wear the dress from Allurebridals.com for my small wedding ceremony since we're on a tight budget. The wrong color(Blue) apparently ordered on accident when not only was the white one pictured all along and that's what was thought to be being ordered. I will never order anything made by Allurebridals again! Finally I got my dress in the shop of mil eyshous e.com. It was really nice and elegant. What was important, the color is more beautiful than I expected. Thanks!
