Incompetent and uncaring pharmacy

I ordered an antibiotic for my dog on a Tuesday, expecting to receive it in less than week. The pharmacy claimed that it would ship as soon as my vet approved it, which happened on the same day. On Thursday I followed up online to see if my order had shipped, but it hadn't--so I called the pharmacy. Didn't realize they only work 9-5, so I left a message. Nobody returned the call, so I tried again on Saturday. Didn't realized they don't work weekends, so I left a firm message imploring them to contact me Monday AM. Nobody returned the call. When I reached a pharmacist on Monday afternoon, I was told that the medicine was out of stock and wouldn't ship until the end of the week.
WHHHAAAT? Someone should have called me immediately to ask me if I could safely wait for what would turn out to be over 2 weeks for an antibiotic. This is medicine, people, not a toy or shampoo that can be delayed. I will never use them again, and I advised my vet let all the drs. at her large NYC animal hospital know about this.

STEER CLEART - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

I've been waiting for a basic pet med order since 4/21. A $200 order. When I could get through I was repeatedly told they were waiting on inventory but my order would be shipped in a few days. It got even better this week when I received shipping notification only even after 2 days UPS had no tracking number in their system. Why? Because it never was shipped. Allvetmed rep told me that's because they ran out of labels. OK. So that's been two days, do you have labels yet? Well, guess what? Now we don't have either medication in stock and won't for another two days. Thanks for wasting my time these past three weeks and lying repeatedly.

They had awesome prices but it doesn't really matter because they're never going to send anything out!

Very disorganized company

I was told my order was 'lost in the mail', so after 8 days they sent out another, apparently. Then I was told there was a problem with the drug company. My dog desparately needed the pill that I ordered in plenty of time, but then after the delay, they refused to send a new order of the pills in express mail, or overnight even though they had never notified me that there would be a delay. I would never order from them again.
