Can’t update card

Was an occasional National Lottery player but needed to update my debit card on the website and was unable to, so I’ve now stopped playing. I imagine Lottery revenue has reduced since the change to Allwyn - good for gamblers but bad for the charities that benefit.

Leaving was the only option

Mediocre to bad casino company. Nice graphics, everything else below expectations. High bets never succeed. Unsatisfactory bonuses.
On the plus side, wide variety of games and fast payments. But what is the point if you never win?
Disappointed, will never play again there.
Last but not least, the chat is slow, you wait a lot and the employees say always the same trivial excuses.
Update:I self blocked myself, leaving Allwyn for ever. These people ruin any sense of hopeful gambling.
Its always good to leave early than suffer huge losses. I lost around 500 euros , but who cares.
No game enjoyment, never arriving on any sort of decent plus, always the feeling you are trapped. And I tried at least 20 different slots.
One has to combat his natural disappointment and "punish" these guys.
If there was a non star rating , that is what I would give them.
I feel unhappy I cannot play, but one has not to gift money to people who are just a mockery of a casino.

If I could give a Zero for this company, I would

If I could give a Zero for this company, I would. Ever since Camelot sold to Allwyn Entertainments, scratch card enthusiasts have found them to be appalling.

The odds set out on the back of each card do not offer a fair payback. Several serious gamers on Youtube have also complained… spending £50 on 10 cards and only receiving £15 in total on just two cards is not fair odds.

Many are now boycotting this company until they get their act together!

Allwyn? No Win. Don’t waste your money folks!
