Esperienza negativa, non in linea con le mie aspettative..

Esperienza purtroppo deludente rispetto alle mie aspettative..
Ho avuto modo di conoscere da vicino l'organizzazione interna dell'azienda e i ritmi
produttivi dell'azienda...
Il lavoro veniva svolto in un contesto a ritmi serrati, con 3 sole pause di soli 10 minuti per turno e assenza di impianto di aspirazione nell'area produttiva, condizione che rendeva l'ambiente fisicamente impegnativo.
Ho riscontrato una scarsa collaborazione e un ambiente privo spirito di squadra, fattori che non favorivano la motivazione né la crescita personale
Ho riscontrato inoltre un approccio piuttosto esigente nei confronti dei nuovi arrivati, con aspettative elevate già dai primi giorni di lavoro e poca attenzione al processo di inserimento
