⭐ Worst Packers and Movers Experience (Zirakpur) – Avoid at All Costs
I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with Ujala Packers and Movers, Zirakpur, while relocating my household items and car from Punjab to West Bengal. This is easily one of the worst relocation services I have ever dealt with.
From the beginning, communication was poor and unprofessional. Commitments were made confidently at the time of booking, but once my goods and car were picked up, everything changed. Delivery timelines were missed without proper explanation, and follow-ups were either ignored or answered with vague and misleading responses. There was zero transparency about shipment status, and I had to constantly chase them for updates, causing unnecessary mental stress. Even the company owner Kuldeep (09872456392) did not respond to calls.
The most disturbing issue was with my car shipment. Ujala Packers and Movers picked up my car and claimed it was loaded into a trailer. However, the very next day I received an e-Challan showing my car was being driven on the road. When I raised this, Ujala told me they were discussing the matter with Alpha Logistics Packers and Movers, Zirakpur, who were handling the car.
Later, Alpha Logistics’ representative Bikash (9337836051) contacted me but had no clear explanation why the car was on the road, which is completely irresponsible. He later claimed there was a “trailer issue” and that the car had to be driven around 130 km without my consent. After 4–5 days, I received my car, but no proof was ever provided to confirm it was transported in a trailer. This complete lack of transparency strongly suggests the car was driven.
The behavior and communication from both companies were rude, careless, and unprofessional, with no coordination, accountability, or customer care at any stage.
⚠️ Strong warning: If you value your time, money, vehicle, and peace of mind, do not trust Ujala Packers and Movers or Alpha Logistics Packers and Movers, Zirakpur—especially when bookings are routed through another company.
Highly irresponsible service. Strongly not recommended.
