Fantastic family run motorcycle shop. With a great choice of bikes and clothing! Brought a new xlight crash helmet and an alpinestars leather jacket. They even beat the prices I was quoted by sportsbikeshop or any other supplier for that matter by quite a bit. Couldn't do enough for me while I was there will definitely be going back. 5 start service.

In Good hands
spent around 2.5 hrs, maybe 3 hrs in the shop on sat. Was given plenty of time/attention plus drinks and food whilst I asked the team to pull off countless jackets/clothing off shelves, racks & displays. I also talked to the team about items I was interested, and was shown catalogues of products that could be special ordered especially for me, or as much as manufacturers would allow, upcoming products that might be of interest to me. the team were happy to order the trivial for me - a £8 Yamaha keyring, right up to any of dainese jackets due for release next summer. there was a good range of stock, and all the sizes were available for the products I was interested in. the team have strong ties to the manufacturers and when mentioning a product I had, that needed an alteration, they offered to send it up to manufacturer for me. There was a good vibe/atmosphere in the shop which probably contributed to why I took my time, rather than rushing in/out in haste.
the team have a good next work of suppliers, so can easily support the adventure, retro, sports or whatever facet of rider you are. The workshop is very good and bikes can be left in good hands for service/maintenance - the workshop team are longstanding staff, or in one case, one of the workshop team returned to alphas after some time abroad. Where mechanics are concerned, its good to know familiar faces are working on your bike.
Well worth considering Alpha as your first choice whatever the purchase

I bought my first bike from Alpha almost four years ago, and I've lost track of how many times I've been back since. They're far from the closest; I have maybe five other dealers closer to me but I'd happily ride the 20+ miles to Alpha, having received nowhere near their level of service from anyone else.

I've bought several bikes from them in that time, never anything I didn't want or didn't like or felt pressured into buying, each one was perfect for what I wanted. Finance was sorted simply and efficiently and all done for me, any spares or repairs I've needed have been sorted, and now I've just bought my new Dainese textiles from them as well. Every time I go in I'm offered a coffee and a chat, even if I'm only there to look at pretty bikes and completely waste their time.

I've sent a few people to Alpha over the years, and they've always been impressed. Even met a guy in a Morrison's car park who had the number plate one up from mine, and he only had good things to say about them too. Can't recommend them highly enough.
