Not happy phoned for an emergency consultation ( I have unlimited consultations with my plan ) to be told no vet in so phone emergency vet who is literally in same building but cost tripple the price. I understand after an email that the vet went home sick and had no cover but that is a company problem not mine and now out of pocket by £150 as had to pay the other vet in the same building to even talk to me
I have been with another local vets for 10 years who I thought were ok but having had to switch to Alphavets due to the closure of my local vets I can honestly say how good Alphavets are. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and show genuine care not only for the animals but also for their owners. I wish I'd moved to them years ago. Absolutely amazing care for my dog and cats and I cannot rate them highly enough.
