If you change phone number they ask you the bill, so wait a month… no access and no follow up . Don’t keep salary there or you can forget paying the bills for a month. The service is under water.

I opened Alpian back in 2024 and loved it instantly. They just kept improving every year. They always have something new in their app (introduced ebill, signature plan, notifications and updated the app design). It is really user friendly. My favorite thing is definitely the investment section. I started investing end of March and the results are amazing (+14%). The best part of this is that I don't need to do anything, there is a team behind working on it, checking where to invest depending the market and moving the money around. Finally I wanted to highlight the rapidity of the customer service team, they were always very responsive and fast.
