Maps outdated

I Have updated my map (Alpine INE-W990BT) but there is missing places or the rest of the street for example ( that was made almost 30 years ago) is not on the map. There are still streets that they have different speed limits or they are under construction but actually they are also finished or changed the limit years ago before 2019 dont recommend to buy alpine their maps are outdated.
I have contacted the support and they told me to contact the provider of the map evendough is not my problem for map issues ,Alpine is having contract with the map suplier.DONT BUY!!
