Overcharged for salesman's mistake.
I had Alpine install Shaw Hydrotek wood flooring in my bathroom. A sales person came to my house and measured the bathroom. He ordered four boxes of the flooring for my bathroom. The installer only used three boxes and even had some flooring left over. Alpine refused to take back the unused box and charged me $198.00 for it. I thought it was unfair to be charged for their mistake.
