Altitude has exceeded my expectations with each purchase I make. Very reasonable pricing, quick shipping and extremely high quality customer service when I’ve had questions (price matching and returning an item for another item - it was my fault, I bough the incorrect item and they were so helpful in helping process this return). The membership is worth its weight in gold. Free shipping for many items that buying directly from the brand company in Canada would have shipping costs and, often, those brands not have many sales but Altitude does! Sale or note, Altitude is my first stop for shopping for our entire family! They have it all and are continuously reliable in every regard.

Hi, I submitted a warranty claim. The girl said there’s no guarantees. I have been shopping with Altitude Sports for years and had no problem so far and hope I don’t run into one. I bought this nice Northface jacket on November 3 and there’s a hole in it. I took it to a trailer and he said it was made of a cheap plastic on the outside and you wouldn’t have a colour to match it. I took some pictures of the jacket and sent it to Altitude Sports. Hopefully they fix the problem if they do I will continue to be a customer.

Altitude is a great store - good pricing, great return policy and super easy to deal with. I don't buy a lot but every time I have, they have been easy to deal with, have lots of options and availability and a great price matching policy.

So far with my dealings with Altitude, I have been impressed with the Brands and lines offered'
Service for on line shoppers has been efficient and with good communication regarding shipping.

When this place works, i.e. you order something and you receive it, you usually are pleased because you can find good deals. However, all of that is quickly negated when there is a problem with your order, and there often is. Mostly negative when ordering multiple items and receiving a partial order with no clear information on missing items. As of today, I resolved an issue that started one month ago: a missing item they refused to deliver, claimed they had delivered, blamed shipping, blamed the vendor, and took no official action, yet charged my credit card in full.

The latest debacle was I ordered a shirt and shorts but only the shirt showed up. I was initially told this was a simple matter of Canada Post being on strike and to be patient, but that seems to be a lie, or my favourite -"you received it already!" It didn't help that, somehow, my name became "Jeff" (not my name) during our correspondence, either due to sloppiness or to someone not even caring to look up my details.

For the record, this isn't the first time I've had significant issues ordering from Attitude Sports, but it will be the last. Once I see a refund, I will request deletion of my account.

There is no doubt that Altitude Sports is a must store for anyone who wants to get great products at great prices and more so if you are looking for outstanding support. As a Lifetime member I highly recommend Altitude sports.

I've been having difficulty finding the right fit for Asics Gel Nimbus (I have three pairs; the same size/model and each are a very different sizing. Altitude customer service has been unfailingly helpful and kind in supporting my search for discounts and finding the ones that are right for me. Their attitude has been incredibly supportive .

Besides the fact that they have a wide range of sports goods in every sense of the word. Costumer service is top. Their return policy is clear, fast and easy. So far I've put in over 10 orders over the course of 2 years and so far so good.
