Simone ia a friendly person and you can trust him . He will do everything within his power to help . In mine case we can not find what we are looking for but in one day I get mine money back .

Great customer service and prices

Great prices and excellent customer service. Very professional and responsive. Despite dealing with health issues, the manager remained available and professional at all times. I highly recommend Altovolume for your next HiFi purchases!

Slow to ship

Ordered item on 20.2.2024., shipped on 29.3.2024. with a lot of excuses and blaming curier for not picking up parcel, which I don't really believe. When it arrived, item was ok and as ordered.

Pair of Focal Sopras #2 purchase

I purchased pair of Focal Sopra N.2 Demo speakers.

Product was delivered to me in pristine/excellent condition and as advertised.

Speakers were Demo but there is no difference between new or what i received.
Warranty was still present when serial number was entered on Focal site.

I highly recommend purchase through Mr.Simone at Altovolume.

Will be buying some more audio gear in future for sure.
