Even with bad weather I received my order on time and in perfect condition. And the shorts are amazing.

First I ordered a Backpack in "Stock" and then almost a week later the emailed me saying it was out of stock and now 5 days later I still haven't got a refund....

I ordered somethinf that said available on site. Some time later got an email saying it was sold out.

I thought it was woman's jacket and so a men's L is enormous on my 11 yr old granddaughter!! I texted to see if I just read it wrong and what I could do, and never heard back!!! What happened to customer service??

Love these new Keen Newport EVO sandals. The non-marking soles are great on our sailboat and protect those toes. There is good room in the toe box, which I need with my wider feet. Took them for a test-drive this weekend and received compliments on my cute shoes. Thanks Keen.

It would be helpful if you had size charts for everyone, kids, adults, etc. We've had problems getting the right size snowboard pants & when they need to be returned we have to pay return shipping. Free returns would be great. I have to be honest, it makes me want to shop elsewhere.

Website says they work on weekends but when I call the 800 number it states they are closed.

I had shopped for those items ordered for a while. When the price came down I jumped on the deal. Have no dealings with customer service. Am very happy with timely delivery. Unreserved recommendation!

I've only ordered from Altrec a few times, but each time, I've had no trouble checking out and the order is shipped in a timely fashion, arrives when promised if not sooner, and the merchandise is always in perfect shape upon arrival. I've not needed to use their Customer Service department, thus the four vs five star rating. Truly outstanding can only mean that it goes above and beyond a normal "good" exchange and since I've not had that opportunity, I reserve one star. Otherwise, nothing but positive in my dealings with Altrec.

Wrong item was sent, it was mistagged so this most likely caused the error.
