Aluni was clear from the begging for what I have to pay, and they assisted me till the end of my house contract.

The company did very well at informing me about all the important details when I was searching for and booking a flat, which made the visit upon arrival very short and just about picking up the keys. I really liked the fact that me and my flatmates were informed in advance about every repair that was going to happen in the flat and the repairs themselves did not take long for the most part. An additional plus is the arrangement of many fun trips to nearby cities.

It was great experience, there are 2 things that I gonna ask to make better:
1) Please make the table that says that I have to find another mate for the double room more prominent.
I know that it was my personal mistake and I should get it first, and I really pleased that Aluni handled it within 1 day
2) Be more faster to response about the complains in the Dorm, there are few times that Aluni member responded us in very long time.

Contact with Aluni team was always easy, they respond really fast. They were always willing to explain me things I didn't understand in polite and kind way. If I had rent something again in Madrid I would definitely choose them! Apart from that deposit is not that high like on other rent-rooms pages.

The best solution for students in search of accomodation in Madrid. This company has standard procedures and rules laid down, and therefore students don't have to deal with dishonest owners. Some rules are strict, and the initial price might seem to be on the higher side, but usually works in favour of the students.

This is the only 100% trustworthy housing company in Madrid.

The Aluni team is friendly and reliable and their make their rent conditions very clear, both for landlords and tenants. If anything is wrong in the apartment, it gets fixed quickly and if something comes up, you get a replacement room. Best way for international students not to get scammed when looking for temporary accomodation!

Aluni is arguably the most reliable and communicative housing sites in Madrid! I was stressed about the NIE and empadronado process moving here, but they facilitated everything for me from A to Z. And they’re extremely transparent! I only docked off one star because the house I stayed in was a little old but perfect otherwise!
